I would like to commend Debt Rescue for a stellar service. The process was effortless and professional. I would recommend anyone to use their service.
I’ve had some bad experiences with service providers, but Web Africa takes the cake for the worst by far. First, they failed to debit my account on time, and now they’re claiming I owe them money. For what, exactly? I’ve been trying to contact them to pay, but every attempt has failed. And to make things worse, they disconnected my service because of *their* billing issue! What adds to the frustration is that you can only chat to them via WhatsApp. In just one day, I’ve spoken to as many as 10 different consultants, and each time I have to explain the problem from scratch. I’m stuck in a never-ending loop of repeating myself, but no one seems able to resolve the issue. Most recently, I spoke to a consultant who told me the last payment they received was in April, even though they debited my account in August. When I sent proof of this payment, he said he had no idea how it happened! The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and constant runaround are absolutely maddening. I’m beyond disappointed with Web Africa’s service. It’s easily the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any company, and I sincerely hope they get their act together before they lose even more customers.
I have been a client with Standard Bank Home loan since 2003. I took out a policy with Standard Bank credit life in 2013 for my home loan. My financial situation changed and I was struggling to afford to pay for the policy . I called Standard Bank to try to cancel the policy. I was told that it would not be possible for me to cancel my policy because it was a requirement for me to have the life cover policy. My argument has always been it was not a prerequisite for me to have that policy, I personally called them and took up the policy. I would constantly call and send emails with the same the results. After many years of paying for the policy only in 2022 the policy was eventually cancelled. Now my biggest issue was why was it not cancelled when I requested for it to be cancelled many years ago and they could only be cancelled in 2022. What happened to the monies I have been paying over the years. I would like Standard Bank to pay me back the monies I have been paying for years from when I requested the policy to be cancelled plus interest. The last email I received from their consultant was that my policy was optional, my wife and I needed to write a letter and inform them of cancelling the policy. My money can not just go down the drain, had they cancel it when I requested them to cancel it would not have been an issue, I want to refunded.

I did not receive a good service from cradle Boutique Hotel as a result I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I was conducting a training for one of clients at the venue. I went to reception to ask for a Golf cart to move my equipment from the car to the conference room, because you cannot drive down with your own they use golf carts. I was assured at the reception that someone will help me with the equipment. it was 12:15 and my client were going break for lunch at 13:00 of which I would have to prep before they come back at 14:00. nobody came to help me everyone I was asking for help I was given the same answer we are busy moving the clients luggage to their rooms. I was running out of time, I went to the parking lot and loaded my equipment onto the trolley. When i got to the parking lot I saw a guy with the Golf cart and I asked him if he could please assist me with taking my stuff to the conference room. We loaded the kit, he then received a phone call. He sad sorry he cant help me anymore he proceeded to offload my equipment because he said it was his boss who called and needed help. I was left stranded at the parking lot and I had no choice but I had take my kit on my own to the conference room using the trolley. He and his boss drove by next to me and did not even they will come back and help me. I was not impressed
I utterly shocked and disgusted by lack of service from Vumatel. The debit order did not go through on the 1st as it always does. Subsequently I lost signal. i had to manually make payment on Sunday hoping i will be reconnected. Monday I chatted to Kwanele and I must I was left even more disgusted with the lack of knowledge as well as professionalism. He insisted that according to the system i placed a new order. The more I explained to him that I did not place a new order, the more he was adamant that I did. I asked him how can place an order if I am a customer already? There was no winning with him, I then ended the chat and chatted to another person which I am always told that it will be reactivated with 48 hours. Until now I still no connections. I cant call the call centre because its non-existed and the Whatts app agents are not helping at all. Nobody can tell me why I was disconnected. This morning I chatted to ONKE WHICH NOW TELLS ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS FOR RECONNECTION. To put the cherry on top, on Monday I received an email from Britelink MCT stating that they need to make an appointed to come and install fire at home. I told them I did not place an order, clearly Kwanele placed an order for me even though I told him that i did not place an order. I just want to be told when will i get activation and why was I disconnected. LACK OF SERVICE.
I have been trying to cancel my Rain subscription since last week. My subscription it’s still active and nobody has called or sent me an email. I now got a fibre I no longer need their service. They are gonna try to bill me. I want the subscription cancel like yesterday. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You can’t even get hold of them on the phone. I’ve sent the cancellation request more than 10 times
I was so unimpressed with the lack of service from Eldo Coaches. I booked my niece a bus from Jhb to Dbn to depart at 9 am on the 16th January 2022. The bus only left at 11 am no explanation of why the bus was late. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The bus got stuck in PMB and it was delayed for more hours. It was suppose to arrive in Dbn at 15:30. She only arrived in Dbn at 11 pm. I’m talking about a teenager which is unsafe for her at that time of the night. If you think their prices are cheap trust me you’ll pay more for inconvenience. Bad Bad Bad. Please book Eldo coaches at your own risk. I will personally not book with them again pathetic and poor service. I wouldn’t sleep knowing that she hasn’t arrived home.
I am not happy about the service or lack thereof I received from Hisense. I called your offices on the 17th November 2021, to alert them about the issue I’m currently having with Hisense smart TV. I can connect to other apps like Showmax,Netflix, You Tube etc. but I cannot connect to DSTV. I was sent instructions of how to set it. That didn’t work, so i was told if that doesn’t work I will be sent a firmware. Today the 18th November, I sent emails nobody has come back to me. I’m even thinking of selling my TV and get a brand that will cater for my needs. My TV it’s still under warranty. I’m a not happy customer.
