Happy Pay has made buy now, pay later incredibly convenient and stress-free. The signup process is quick, approvals are fast, and the payment structure is easy to understand. I appreciate the flexibility it offers when managing expenses without the pressure of paying everything upfront.
I will no longer be buying from the The Wig Factory. Bought a terrible human hair wig from them and I didn’t like the parting when it arrived. I asked the lady called Victoria what their return policy was and she stated that as long as I haven’t cut the lace yet I can return it and she provided me with contacts of a lady called Lee who deals with returns. I spoke to Lee and she provided me with their address to courier back the hair via Pudo and I did send the wig back. Two weeks later I still haven’t received my refund and they keep saying it’s being processed. I’m very disappointed with their lack of service, they only care about customers when they are buying only
I was assisted by Alex Sittig and he is the best. He has the best approach and he communicates information to the clients extensively. Outsurance has the best service and their service agents are trained exceptionally well. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I was contacted by an agent from Mondo on 10/06/2025 offering me a data deal and I agreed to it. The router and sim were delivered to me the following day and after a few days I realised that I do not need the data. I then called to request for a cancellation as I was advised that I am allowed to cancel within 7days. Collection was done by DSV after a week and some days in that very same month of June. I was billed by MTN in July and now in August for this deal and they say it’s because Mondo hasn’t sent them the cancellation notice yet. When I call Mondo they tell me their cancellation department hasn’t loaded the cancellation to date. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible of Mondo. How long should I keep paying MTN for something that I cancelled and never used?

Spark is not a school but a network of business. They are after your money and not the interest of your child. Please remember to give them a 3 months notice prior to removing your child from their schools because they bill you for the next 3 months
Placed an order on 08/12/2024 and I paid using Happy pay. To date the order hasn’t been delivered and I only discovered today that the Parcel Ninja delivery truck was involved in an accident hence the delivery never took place. I keep emailing Legit to request for the order to be cancelled so I can be refunded but I am being ignored. Also contacted the customer care line but I didn’t get assistance from them neither. Happy Pay has already taken an installment from me and I want my money back.
Happy Pay makes shopping so easy and possible even during those tough days when the budget is tight. Their two interest free installments help me with managing my bills. I recently made a return for an item that wasn’t suitable and I was so happy with how they instantly they refunded the money back to my spend limit. I highly recommend this shopping platform
