I have been a Capital Legacy client for 10+ years with them happily increasing my yearly contributions. Being called by multiple agents trying to get me to join a company i am part of. But after getting married wanting to update my will I have completed the call me back form multiple times in the last couple of months and I am yet to receive any follow up. So I have now cancelled my debit order maybe now I will get a call.
We moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town and the team at Execu Move (Sonja & Lance) made sure to assist us with all aspects involved including getting the best rate for our end of month move. The loading team were quick and professional and all of our contents were delivered in excellent condition minus a few sc****s on some cheap furniture feet. Would definitely recommend!
We got married and combined my policy with my wife's policy in April. We went through an hour long conversation to get everything sorted out and moved over. We were promised a refund for her premium and my premium was added to pro-rata. We are still waiting for this refund and to make things worse this month another full debit order went through for my wife's policy as according to the call center they have no record of her policy being changed. Thus we paid a double premium for the same vehicles on both policies yet again. I have been on the line with the call center every day, where I just get a promise of a call back and this never happens. Will be looking elsewhere for cover from now on.
First I had issues getting connected to Afrihost being told one excuse after the other until finally my line got activated. Now I am forced to cancel my services because they can not transfer the line to my new address, however the help portal and service agent informed me to cancel between the 5-15th of the month in order to have it canceled the same month. I cancelled and now I am forced to pay for an additional month as it was not done before the 1st where I will not be using any of their services. Beware of false information.
The “Café” at Shell Constantia is completely useless have a whole menu of drinks but don’t know how to make any of them and you just get a response of “o sorry we only make normal coffee” best part is I wanted an iced coffee. Simple coffee with ice and I have to pay an extra R10 for 3 ice cubes.
Stay as far away from this company as possible. I gathered a few quotes to do some additions to my house and build a new carport and Daniel responded on FB. He gave me a quote on WhatsApp and seems like a really nice guy trying his best to be accommodating to get the job even willing to match any other written quote. I received a quote R6000 less and he matched it immediately because he was desperate for the work. After accepting the quote he called me constantly wanting to know when the deposit will be payed as he needs to order materials in order to start on Monday. I made an immediate payment for 50%. The weekend before he was supposed to start the messages started coming in about how he forgot to add this and that to his quote and it will be an extra cost, which started to make me frustrated already and I said we will discuss once he starts the job. Monday came and went and when he didn't show I phoned and he informed me he doesn't have any laborer's to help him as they are not back from a weekend away yet and suggested that I get someone else to start the job and he will continue once his workers are back. When I asked about when the materials will be delivered and if he will send me an invoice to compare the order to the quote and delivery he responded with what he orders and where is none of my business. Besides he has not placed any orders yet. This I immediately rejected and by now I was very frustrated and told him to decide if he wants to continue with the job or not and let me know. Daniel then decided to stop replying to my calls and texts, my father finally got hold of him and then Daniel said they felt humiliated by me and no longer wish to continue with the job and he will refund me the deposit immediately. After 24hours I followed up on the return of the deposit and he sent me back only 40% saying that the other 10% I forfeit due to cost to company and cancellation even though he himself is the one that canceled. Both me an my father have now been blocked and have sought legal representation.
I started painting my living room and ran short on the colour I bought at a different store so I went to your Noordheuwel store today to have them mix me a 1litre Dulux Paint. I refused to pay as it was more than double the price I paid at the other store.
I ordered a brand new Asus Laptop from FNB Connect and with in the first week the harddrive gave in. I have raised the issue only to be told sorry we don’t have a return policy, I have to send it in to Asus for the warrantee to have effect, they say turnaround can be up to 2 months and minimum R900. All of this on a brand new laptop, you expect me to pay monthly for a device which I received faulty from you and won’t get to use until I send it away at my own cost? Totally unacceptable!
Excellent service when your looking at the vehicles and asking for assistance with the finance and getting better rates they really do their best to work with your budget. But once you start asking questions about the vehicle they start with excuses of other interested buyers and then if you dare decline the purchase you get slandered and cursed by Johann the young salesman in words I would not even repeat. When reporting this to his manager he sounds shocked and will call you right back and 24hours later I am still waiting.
I visited your Cradlestone store this afternoon and I am very disappointed and outraged! When I entered the store I was left to help my self with no help from any of the 6 employees, I even asked for assistance and I was just told “no we don’t have that size” without even taking a look. During my time there 2 other customers came in and received the same service and they just left. I bought 2 shirts that were on the sale and a marked down jacket, then the fights started between me and the cashier. First he refused to accept the Cradlestone Mall gift cards as I did not know the balance on them. Then him and the other staff members started to try and intimidate me and insisted I leave and go find out the balances and return tomorrow. Eventually when they saw I would not back down they used the gift cards and then I had the same argument to use your own gift cards. After about half an hour of arguing I paid the remaining balance and left the store. They also did not want my ebucks card for points as they don’t accept it to be swiped. Only to get home and see they did not give me the R200 discount on the shirts.
