Today i have decided to finally close my FNB account, i have never encountered such bad service from a bank but they are very quick to deduct monies for services, once again FNB fails and this not the 1st time i have emails and statements of their messes which now becomes the CLIENT problem and FNB just passes the bucket. I made an immediate payment to STD on 24/03/2016 today i receive an sms these monies are still not reflecting in STD account the simple consultant asks me again to first call STD and check really why the hell am i calling FNB because STD had advised my vehicle has not been paid.<br> <br> About 2 weeks ago i had also complained about a huge amount deducted for charges my banker had called me back and said they would look into this, i am still waiting for that call back and then the teller at Northcliff branch together with their MANAGER lies.<br> <br> When FNB opened their new app on online banking i had made a payment which reflected not succesful so i remade the payment to my dismay 10 minutes later both payments went off my account, agian i lost money after emails to FNB i am still waiting,but i have witness and an affividavit as this also happended to my BOSS the same day, aga
Most terrible serviced received from a bank, i had logged into my account and to my surprise had seen a large amount missing when checking on my statement i have noticed this had been charged as handling fee R3128.00. As the weekend been a holiday today i called the call center and the agent had a terrible attitude when i had asked him to explain the charges to me, i know and understand that all banks have charges on 1 day i had made 2 withdrawal the teller had not bothered advising me to do this once as i will incur 2 costs, then again i made a large withdrawal again no agent or even the branch manager or the teller bothered advising me there would be a large cost to my withdrawal, when speaking to the very rude and unhelpful agent this morning he simply said well close your account if you need, as these funds cannot be reversed i feel that if someone had advised me or bothered to help my daily TRF amount could have been increased to do a EFT and i would have not sat with huge bank charges, i now need to fork out R3128.00 to finish work that my husband is now short of. This is my second bad experience with FNB and i will be closing my bank account i am a PVT banker and no benefits
Most pathetic service we have ever experienced, and will not buy any more stock from yourselves we purchase +/- 80 motors monthly from another supplier and now tried you, but will not even recommend your service to any of my the partner companies we deal with.<br> <br> My husband had purchased a Centurion motor which does not work, the motor was taking back to you to have the PC board apparently replaced after this still the motor does not work and my client getting frustrated...Trying for Sipho to change the motor or give a refund is no point nobody seems interested why must we wait for days or drive up and down when the problem is not been sorted between you or centurion in PTA costing me time and fuel, and you not prepared to refund or exchange the motor, or should I exchange the motor have to pay a fee when I had purchased a motor that does not work.<br> <br> Please also know I have posted this on HELLO PETER...both for Systeq as well as Centurion Motors and on will post on FB. <br>

I have never had such bad service in my life, from customer service to accounts, this is now the 3rd time that vodacom had not decuted off my account i then made a payment last month again, i called on many occasions and been told that the account will be debited on the 3rd as the 1st was a holdiay again not debited i call on tuesday requesting if i can make a payment no says the consultant the debit has been loaded and is for the 7th....Flippen hell again they do not debit call today and they say my bank has been rejecting the debit with an error, but in a month vodacom does not even advise just saying they will debit the following day, now they suspend me when they mess up i am so frustrated with vodacom since my contract i have jsut had problems, then you deal with rude consultants or obviously do not want to help.<br> <br> I will not refer anyone to vodacom and will be cancelling my contract and rather have cell c buy this out.<br> Pathetic service in all i am so pissed off with vodacom and the call centre and consultants who are too simple to even help or understand, how can nobody bother to call u if the so called debit had been rejected by the bank and FNB says that they not aware<br>
Capitec has the worst service and pathetic attitude i have ever encountered, my daughter has been waiting for a response 7 days to date, she had applied for a loan and still have not received any response from capitec i had called the branch for her and then also esculated the problem to try and assist my daughter she is young also just started working and trying very hard to apply for finance so i have been helping try and get assistance for her. After this call had been made laying a complaint the branch manager calls her today with a attitude and screams and shouts at my daughter for complaining and allowing me to call...who the hell do they think they are, the branch is useless and the consultant told her to try elsewhere at another bank this would not affect her credit rating or application at capitec.<br> <br> With terrible service like this i hope everyone reads this mail and think twice before trying capitec for any services.
Good day,<br> <br> I have never had such pathetic service before I will be allocating this to HELLO PETER and FACEBOOK as well, firstly it took me a month and 19 calls to RCS Group to sort my mothers account out because you could not allocate a payment after emailing and faxing proof of payment 5 Times and over and over explaining to every consultant I had spoke to regarding the payment....RCS stops all account cards when they have made the error and not us. They have a turn around time and whether you are in the right have to just sit and wait for them to sort this not even exculpating your enquiry.<br> <br> Then on Friday 10/04/2015 a consultant gives me the incorrect account number to make a payment I again had to fax the proof as well as my mother ID for the new payment again to be allocated, so again they make a mess and her account is suspended but don't bother we have to sit and wait until Friday as this is procedure flip procedure when RCS group flips up, where is the customer is right and we keep them happy BULLSHIT cause we are in the right but yet its not your problem.<br> and to top it all 48hrs takes until Friday 17/04/2015....and not 2 days.<br> Makro account no: 0005022190700804174
I have paid my account up almost over a year now, i got into arreard as i fell ill, but the account was then paid in full i have called on more than 1 occassion keep promising to remove m y name from ITC this is affecting my ability to loan else where and yet they keep promising but this does not happen they are very quick to list but not at all helpful when updating ITC to say paid in full..... these payday services are pathectic with a promise to help they just not bnothered, when the account was paid up they offered to help but they dont they just decline
The worst place ot buy your KFC, in actual fact i will not again support them or any other KFC at this stage, 2 weeks ago we had bought meals at triomf branch...the rolls were not fresh and the chicken half raw i had to microwave but left this as we all have our bad days....but lost it on Monday as again we had bought KFC, the large pops were half empty, the gravy was not given with the streetwise meal and the chicken tasted half like sand....Before leaving i had complained to the attendend for the large pops whcih we almost a half box and not even close to full and she repsonded well thats how it is.<br> We buy KFC at least once a week and to spend between R350 and R400 on meals is just not woth it anymore<br> <br> NO MORE KFC !!!! Bergbron and Triomf are pathetic.
