ABSA bank is pathetic! They take 1 month to assist with a refund, that is still not solved.
I enrolled with Rosebank College, my application took weeks to attend to. I paid the R3400 registration fee, and i after weeks did not get my offer letter. So i decided to request a refund, and no one comes back to me to get theproblem resolved. BE CAREFUL - ROSEBANK COLLEGE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN WHATS OWED TO YOU!
Dear Consumer, I have to share my experience with you, so you won't make the same mistake i did. I have been with Supersonic for some time, having LTE, without any problems. I have decided to opt in for a Fibre Package so i can save a bit on the montly subscription, I applied 2/3/2021, waited 2 weeks and did not hear back, i re-applied again 12/3/2021, waited 2 weeks again, received sms's to say you have waited so many days, we will contact you. Yet, i didnt get a reply. I was at the point of giving up on the Fibre application, i updated my 200G package to the UNLIMITED LTE bundle at R999 p/m, full well knowing that i could have had OpenServe Fibre 25MB line at only R599 p/m. The day after i upgraded to the UNLIMITED LTE, out of the blue, a technician called to arrange setup, the setup was done the next day, 19/4/2021 by Austin. He left after installation knowing that the LOS light in flashing red, and we have NO CONNECTION. The next day, 20/4/2021, Adriaan Geldenhuys from Supersonic came to deliver and install the modem, again - NO CONNECTION. On 22/4/2021, two techinicians from Supersonic came to try and fix the CONNECTION problem, they couldnt get it connected, said that they will report it but cant do anything about it. And left. Today is 29/4/2021. STILL NOT CONNECTED! If i call Supersonic, they promise to escalate the matter, the matter has been escalated 4 times now. WHAT AM I TO DO. This is PATHETIC service.
