your service is absolutely shocking I have been waiting 4 weeks for you to reply and resolve your incorrect billing. Vodacom has decided to disconnect my line instead of replying to my 9 escalated queries????
Ive had armed response with them for over a year and I have never seen them once. They didn't even enter my business once. Worst of all after, 10 months after I cancelled with them I find out that someone called Marie Kotze Blacklisted me with ITC for an amount of R600, not claiming I own them R3k. No phone call, no email , no letter of demand. Just straight up black listed me.
Their finance department's service is absolutely atrocious. Despite how hard their salesman try, their finance department thrives on absolute arrogance. Two weeks my matter has been escalated and I have had to contact the regional sales manager to try and get a reply. And even then some called "carradine" still has the nerve to lay false claims.
Serivce is absolutely shocking, ive phoned them 15 times and spent over an hour on hold without getting to speak to their accounts department, Ive emailed accouints and csancellations left messages for a manager to call me and also sent 15 messages on whatsapp. ****** uselss
6 phone calls and 3 emails. Cant get the Accounts department to even return my calls or answer my email. They missed 2 arranged installation dates, finally get it right on the 3rd attempt. we agree that the activation fee will not be charged , then two months later they add it to my bill. Then thy disconnect my fibre because i haven't paid the activation fee? Sure, come collect your router.
I have sent over 20 emails to 5 different departments and have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply. I complaints department doesnt even reply
Tshepiso Moloi i have now sent 3 emails and left 3 messages for you to return my call. Last week i called FNB 8 times before I could speak to someone to sort FNB's mistakes out. It has now been 10 days Now one can give me an answer and Tshepiso Moloi the Private Banking Service Suite manager wont return my call after 5 requests.
I have excuded myself but yet they allowed me to make a deposit. so without playing placing one wager I try to withdraw my original monies without and bonuses and so forth and they won't allow me to with draw my money. 4 phone calls over 3 days and 6 emailss and I'm getting told that I have to bet 5x my deposit befre i can make my withdrawl.?? Fir crying out loud, I have done a self exlcusion, You should never have taken the deposit?? Now you telling me i must wager 5 x to be able to cashout? What a ****** joke, then after all that some other bright spark tells me they can process my withdrawl for a 5% admin fee. Embarassing

Your service is shocking You advertise internet with no nonsense. This is the 5 time this this week my businesses internet has gone down and now I have been down since Saturday morning. Dawie from support assured me that someone would call me me yesterday. I'm still waiting . This morning at 10am I was promised an update before 11am. It is now 630 pm and I still don't have internet and no one has had the decency tonreturn any of my calls .
