I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Home Connect. Despite being billed for a 100/50 Mbps line, my actual speeds consistently fall below 50/50 Mbps, and the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the consultant assigned to my case has been consistently rude and dismissive in her communication, which is unacceptable—especially considering I am the client. Her tone was so inappropriate that even a contractor who happened to be present during one of our interactions was taken aback. Without my consent, she ordered and dispatched a new router and informed me that a R200 delivery fee would be added to my bill. I had requested that the old router be collected, but this has not been actioned. As a long-standing client, I am shocked and disappointed by the way I’ve been treated. This experience has been far below the standard I expect from a service provider.
I've moved to a new property this month and requested a 100/50mbps from Home Connect, who I have been a loyal customer with for many years. The speed tests that I ran reveal speeds under 50mbps download, sometimes even dropping to 10mbps download. Home connect haven't been able to resolve the issue and are still charging me for a 100mbps download. That is very unfair and *********. For any client who has opened an account with Home Connect, I strongly advise to test the speed that you are paying for.
Do not buy from the online store! Very poor service. Ordered 2 items on 3 March 2025. It's now 25 March 2025 and I still haven't received it. The whole experience has been very stressful.
Poor service from one of the waitresses. She messed up the ****tail order and had the nerve to blame me and say I should’ve been more specific. Bad attitude. I was a regular here but after this bad experience I’ll be limiting my visits.
They messed up my TFG card rewards so I never received any of the rewards for all the money I spent. And BASH never ever give vouchers. Annoying platform to shop.

Vodacom customer care support is absolutely useless! My cellphone number was hacked, and I tried calling a bunch of Vodacom numbers, all of them took me to that stupid bot Toby. I had to speak to a human! Sort your service out Vodacom. You’re not there in an emergency.

I've moved into my new home last week and tried to get my fiber connected. Metro fiber completed the installation on Friday and advised to wait 16 hours for connection. 16 hours went by and my internet was not connected. Logged a ticket on the app and tried calling Home-Connect on 010 612 0611, however the number has been engaged since Saturday. I am struggling to get hold of the people. Very bad service since moving to my new home.
