TERRRIBLE INTERNET SPEEDS: Download Mbps: 0.14 Upload Mbps: 0.00 The service and connection has been terrible, and even affecting my job as I cannot work from home. When u call customer service they say nothing is wrong and the service is working fine, Lies. Im cancelling
I am very disappointed in the poor service Ive received when trying to purchase a phone. I was in dire need of a phone as mine broke, The site said delivery will be within 3 days after approval. I was approved on 10.03.2025 (Monday). Since that day I send numerous emails with no response, only to get an email the Sunday(16.03.2025) saying they had no stock, but why could they not communicate this earlier or at least give an update. Was told to choose different de daysvice, which I did but still no feedback and no email reply after 3 days. I feeled like I've been blatantly ignored, when sending email, what's worse the chat bot is terrible on the app, there no direct line, I feel in the dark and disappointed that a process that should have taken days tops ios taking me 9 days now, and I still have no waybill nr and NO indication of when I will receive my device . As I do Uber on the site Im losing money every day I don't have a phone. You need to do better RENTOZA!! This kind of service is unacceptable
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service given by Kagiso. My purchased phone was faulty and i made a return, but Kagiso kept me up to date and when in store she facilitated the entire process, albeit a lengthy one, and made sure i could obtain a replacement handset. All this despite being her being sick on the day. So i am grateful for the great service. THANK YOU & KUDOS KAGISO !!
Just sending some KUDO''s to Miway and Especially Pieter Otto, for handling my claim in such an excellent and professional manner, not to mention getting the claim resolved in such a speedy Timeframe. He was very informative and knowledgeable. And as promises revolved the claim in record time. Give that man a Bells! He kept me up to date throughout the process. Well Done Miway! Well Done Pieter!
We logged a funeral Policy claim in store ( Carnival Mall) last week Wednesday. And was promised funds will reflect within 24- 48 hours. Upon calling Edgards customer service the following week after 6 days, we found out the store never submitted any docs and no claim was logged and no docs were even emailed through. PATHETHTIC SERVICE. And these funds were needed for the funeral. Left the family devastated. 12 DAYS LATER FUNDS STILL NOT PAID!!!!!
Terrible customer care number. And service. I've made more than 10 calls over 2 days. Waiting time is +20 minutes. Nobody answers. And then the call gets answered and nobody speaks. Just silence. Useless, terrible. Wow for such a big company. Pull up your socks!!!!!!!!!
Booked a bus on the computicket site with Hartley Tours, from Belville to JHB for my Son. The company tel number does not exist(Hartley tours(, there's no office at the belville address. The bus was also a no-show. DESPICABLE Service. I mean so much arrangement and planning goes into arranging a bus trip, from the packing and transport to the station to packing meals for the trip etc. I demand to be reimbursed or a new ticket booked as this level of service is unacceptable especially in these harsh economic times.
Terrible service from Absa Card - I was approved for a credit card which took 3 weeks just to apply for. They never even called, sms'd or emailed me to say its approved. I had to call to confirm myself. And 7 days after i called to confirm approval they never contcted me to tell me or to arrange card delivery . Really Bad service

I want t reactivate my account but after paying the said amount. Every time i call each consultant has a different story. I was instructed ti pay an amount for reactivation .The consultants never can find my payment. even after i sent it via email . Facebook inbox and also i cleared the payment immediately. a day later i was instructed to pay a different amount. I paid it now upon receipt of proof of payment i will be reactivateds , after i pay and send im now told now only after 48 hrs, so every time a story. I need my account active asap.
