Poor Service from the Eastgate Mall Service center. i booked my phone A54 on 17/06/2024. The phone is slow on GPS & Whatsapp call, and sometimes it doesn't read the sim cards. when people phoning i will be unreachable, yet the phone is on. The eastgate service center doesnt update the client on phone being booked inn for repairs and the stage it is on. no communication at all. if you follow up (serviceeastgate@adjoasamsung.co.za), they aren't willing to communicate. They just ignore
CASE NO: 78658489. Very poor customer service. i bought a Huawei handset in May2023 which i returned the same day. i took a Samsung A54 phone at a Telkom store. Telkom was billing me for both contracts from June. i realized this in November2023. i reversed transaction for Sept to Nov and also requested a refund. i was refunded R1 137.00 from the R1 533.00 taken from Jun-Aug2023. Telkom went on to hand over my account saying i owe them for the transations that reversed (Sep-Nov2023), and cancellation fee. This was not a cancelation, i was not supposed to be billed at all. And the Sep-Nov23 reversals aren't relevant because the refund i received is less than what they took from the day they started billing me for the handset i returned and the sim card i never used
very poor service. i regret doing business with this organization. i bought a huawei mobile phone in May 2023 which i requested they collect the same day because it wasn't user friendly for me. The courier company collected. i took a samsung with telkom. telkom billed me for both phones from May 2023, i only noticed in Dec 2023. The refunded me, but it was short. They also went on to hand over the account of the phone which was returned. and they have also cancelled the line of the phone they are billing me for every month. i have sent many queries to them and their debt collector -Nudebt but nothing is being done
High Rates but very poor service, never responsive and take forever to get claim approved, its been 6 months of waiting
Very Bad Service with technicians who do not know what they are doing. They never accept anything even if they are wrong, they always want to push the blame to the client. It has taken them more that 6 month to fix Toyota fortuner hooter/horn.

i bought Opel Corsa 1.4 Enjoy 2015 model on 28/08/2019 which started giving me problems on 06/09/2019. To date (18/12/2019) i have been stuck 5 times on the road. The car just stops in the middle of the road and not respond to the accelerator. The car has been taken twice to Williams Hunt Edenvale who have been unhelpful. They have failed to diagnose the problem & on top of that refused to give me a courtesy car after being promised by Tracey Nagel on my 1st visit to the dealer. On my 2nd visit it was the same story, they said they cant give me a courtesy car, i must get stuck on the road and then give them a call for them to come diagnose the car while it is still showing mechanic sign on dashboard. I did as advised today 18/12 they managed to diagnose the problem but didn't take the car with them. They promised to go investigate in their office and come back to me. When i do follow ups, i am being told stories of getting back to me next year. I must remain which the car that has a problem meaning i can travel

It seems like they have their special clients whom they give Courtesy cars. i was stuck on the road today on my way to work and they are not willing to help. Williams Hunt Edenvale worked on car twice but fail to diagnose problem. Never buy this product the service of Unitrans is very bad, things were good under GM Motors
<p>They is a young lady by the name of Chloe Camilla Frey who is doing on line crime. She scammed my wife R1 500.00 7 weeks ago on pretence that she was selling a pram for R3000.00. Her advert was published on OLX. I don’t know the name of the pram my wife does. Before any payment could be made; I advised my wife to request the seller to send the copy of her ID which she did. I also advised her to pay only 50% as deposit not the full amount since the seller advised her she wasn’t in Johannesburg but she can courier the pram. After the payment was done the lady kept telling her she was waiting for the courier company to collect the pram. The seller gave my wife the name of a certain courier company which my wife phoned and they told her they collect the parcels same day. My wife told Chloe what the courier company said. Chloe then said her husband wants the full payment in order for them to send the pram. My wife then requested her R1500 to be refunded; which the seller kept promising to do but never did until I advised my wife to go and report the matter with the police which she did. She also phoned Absa who advised they have frozen her bank account.</p> <p>Sometime early in January I phoned Chloe on her business telephone which I found on google under her name wanting to verify if indeed she was the one behind these criminal activities. But I was sure she was because my wife had spoken to her many times on the cell (078 243 *****) she used to commit (advertise her advert) the crimes but I just wanted to be extra sure. Chloe is the one who picked up the phone; I advised her a criminal case was being opened against you, did it happen that you had lost your identity documents? Chloe started swearing at me asking who I was, am I a policeman or a private investigator? I hanged the phone after seeing Chloe was the criminal based on her response. I immediately told my wife to open the case.</p> <p>Later in the same day I phoned 082 462 **** which is the number as well on google under their business advert. I phoned this number hoping to get a hold of Chloe’s parents and let them aware of the criminal activities of their daughter. To my surprise; Chloe was the one who answered and pretended to be the mother of Chloe. She immediately said are you the one phoning about that Gumtree or OLX thing? Ok, let me tell you something; my daughter lost her identity documents and has nothing to do with this. Don’t waste your time phoning us; they is someone out there who is busy going around opening the bank accounts under the name of a white female scamming people. And we know it is a black male. I immediately noticed that Chloe is now raising the matter of the loss of her identity documents because I had phoned earlier asking if she might have experienced that. I then asked did you report these cases with the police? She said they did but the police are useless, nothing was ever done. I then asked for the case numbers; she told me I can only get that after 24 hours. I noticed she was thinking of going to open the case claiming she lost her identity documents. I then asked her if she ever reported the lossof her identity with the department of home affairs? She said she never thought about it. I told her to refund the money immediately; if she doesn’t I will put her name on hello Peter publishing her she is a criminal. Chloe started swearing at me and told me if I do that her lawyers will be after me for defamation of Character.</p> <p> The criminal (Chloe Camilla Frey) co-owns a business in Contantia, Cape Town, where she practices as a Dietician (021 794 ****). At the beginning Chloe kept promising to pay back; now she no longer responds to WhatsApp messages if you ask her about the payment.
