Why do Shoprite still stock aQuelle products if other major retailers decided not to because of allegations of a scandal?
Why is it so that shop assistants busy with a timeous transaction often have not got the courtesy of acknowledging the presence of a waiting customer? Surely this gesture will ease the impatience of a waiting customer. Exactly this happened to me collecting an item at Thule Gift Acres Pretoria on Sunday 28th August. The only shop assistant was busy with a couple, totally engrossed in his engagement with them bluntly ignoring my presence. If I had not paid for the item already, I would have walked off never to return again.
If I could, I would give this organization a zero. I do not have a tag and do not want one, but regularly after passing through a gantry, visit the sites in person to make payment. However, they can seldom tell me what I owe, either offline or some or other feeble excuse. I now collect written statements where they have to confirm in writing my visit and any payment made. The sooner this irritation gets s****ped, the better for all.

Every time a pleasant shopping experience with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Always find what you want although very often other stores would not stock items on their discount item list.
On site parking at ORT is ludicrously expensive. It is also impossible to gauge the parking fees often quoted incorrectly on out of date internet sites, or simply unbelievable variable. To try and speak to somebody knowledgeable is almost impossible.
Had a most unfortunate experience with an agent trying to obtain a quote for five vehicles. After spending approximately an hour on the phone and not even halfway through the process, I asked for ways to speed up the process. The agent then just hung up on me. Is that courteous business practice?
