Contacted call desk on 28 July for a Asus battery replacement. Over 2 weeks and still have not received. Have been sending follow up emails with no responses. Will never buy another Asus product nor try to use Pinnacle ICT services
Useless Technical Support. Have logged a call over 12 hours ago and no call back from Technical Support. My Solar panels are not charging and no contact since ticket logged the night before.
Worst ISP ever. My fibre line has been down for 7 days. Everyday I call and being told by support that it's been prioritised and a technician will call me but nothing happens. Call centre agent even promised to call me back and nothing. I run a business and work from home and this is impacting my operations but Metrofibre doesn't care. Please avoid Metrofibre if you are looking for a reliable service provider.
Absolutely useless customer services. They have a WhatsApp contact feature one website...waited almost a week with now response. Tried calling no answer.
Appauling customer service and billing. I was on Mobile Data contract for R369 per month. At the end of the contract I was informed that it is now month to month and will be billed without any promotional rates. There was no information as to what the new rates or data bundles. I was then hit with a bill of over R1111.56. I then treid customer care and was on call for over 20 mins withouth any answer, I then wrote email to customer care to cancel, to which I got a response to say it handled to cancellations and then the ticket was closed. My account was still debited for R1111.56 wihthout any approval from me and with my cancellation request with cancellatios department.
My device was taken in for reapirs and the consultant whoch checked it in did proper check on the device and then confirmed it would be covered under warranty. Got a call few days later to say it is cracked and it will no be covered. There was no crack on the phone when it was checked in and it was always used with a cover...the cover was only removed when the Vodacom consultant took it in. They cannot prove that it was not cracked when it dropped off and they still refuse to fix. Will never take another Vodacom contract.
Advisor was good and managed to get me close to my expected premium, even though not completely...was happy with service.
