I app**** for a personal loan. They offered R52 000 and I needed R10 000. The the appeal process started without notifying about the process. Still waiting. Case number and now also ref number obtained by complaints department. That was this morning and nobody phoned me as yet. At the call centre where calls are recorded, they said it is approved just waiting for payout but if I go onto money app and ask there they said it can still be declined. So who do you believe? It is with back office since Monday. I think all that staff is on leave with their children. Nothing is happening. Case no 1003 214 5413....complaints ref no 171634443
I paid taxes on the 20th of May and twice on the 28th of May before they accepted my payment. I emailed all my proof of payments several times together with the refund form supp**** by them. Emailed to their support and refund email addresses. Spent lots of airtime phoning them and still waiting for 2 refunds.
I was ****med by a MTN staff member who knew all my details even my debit order acc no. They took my airtime. I phoned ***** dept. What they did is unknown. This was more or less Sept 2023. Since then my phone is not registered on the MTN network. I have a 3 yr contract and paying for the phone. I phoned several times. On the 21st of May they gave me a ref no and escalate the call. Said it will work after 5 days. Nothing happened. Ref no REQ000005036962.. on 1st of June the escalated to support team with ref SMC00028562097...I need Auth to collect a new Samsung Galaxy A32 as nobody seems to know what happened and cannot register the phone on the network. I paid for the phone which they blocked. Please do not support MTN. My cell no 083 261 7788

Ek het n rekening by Miladys oopgemaak. Iemand van Mr Price het my geskakel oor card protection en versekering. Sou dokumente stuur en kan kanselleer binne sekere tyd. Ek het gekanselleer maar Feb en Maart is dit op rekening gesit. Geen eposse word beantwoord ni. Ek wil dit onmiddellik teruggeskryf en gestop he.
I am on chronic medication. It was delivered on the 20th of Jan but I never received it. I phoned to query and was told that Nicolene signed for it. We dont have anyone working for our company by the name of Nicolene. They were supposed to investigate but nobody contacted me I bought tablets for 10 days and will have to buy again. I need a refund. I phoned this morning again explaining my problem and she put me on hold and after 10 minutes the call was cut. Terrible service. I need my tablets today.
I applied for an account online. It was approved with a credit limit of R6000 which was confirmed per email and sms instructing me to take ID and email to any Miladys branch to activate and collect card. I went to the Greenacres branch which printer was out of order. Then J went to Uitenhage where they printed the contract and handed me the card. When I wanted to buy the limit was removed. I waited almost 2 hours while the saleslady dud her best to phone and sorted this. After hours on the phone she was instructed to call back on Monday. This is very bad service from Head Office. I had to travel up and down which was 60 km and need to travel again when this is sorted. Do you really think this is the way to treat a new customer?
I am still waiting for Vodacom to call me regarding false information on ITC. I am not a client since 3 or 4 years ago when contract was cancelled. They need to call me on 083 261 7788. Only number that I have.
I had a contract which was cancelled about 4 years ago. 30 days notice was given before expiry. Not one payment was unpaid in the 2 year contract. On the credit bureau it showd arrears of R184 and 6 missed payments. I need Vodacom to clear my name immediately as it is false information. They can contact me on 083 261 7788...
I logged a complaint about 2 weeks aho but nobody phoned me as promised. My name appears on ITC with instalment of R184..i do not have a contract with vodacom for almost 5 years. Please investigate and advise soonest. Please contact me on 0832617788
