My credit card has not been working for almost 3 weeks, I have spent hours calling and waiting for conultants to answer the calls. When I get through to someone, they cannot tell me why the card is not working and I need to invstigate it more. Huh? SAFPS said that it is possibly blocked due to a person trying to open a *****ulant credit card in my name at FNB. SAFPS logged a victim letter and I was told to go to Capitec and get a consultant to contact SAFPS. I have been in the bank for almost 2 hours and your ***** department still cannot resolve or see an issue. Please explain how any of this is possible?
I had a ***** case opened due to a person applying for a credit card *****ulently. FNB said they blocked the case. I can now not use any of my accounts because they flagged me as a perpetrator. I tried calling FNB and just keep getting transferred. I do not even have a FNB account and this is the level of service I get. What a totally useless bank
This company does not respect a persons time. They give a window for the delivery and absolutely never stick to that time.
I bought shoes from them in the Brooklyn Mall Pretoria. After 3 months I had to return them as the sole was coming off. They swapped out the shoes with the same shoe again. After three months they I found out during a walk that they were not waterproof as stated. Took them back and they swapped with slightly more expensive model but I had to pay in. Less than a month later I was back because they too were not waterproof as stated. I have to now wait for my refund as they have procedures and I will only get my money back after 4 days and this after having to go back to their store now 5 times. They have no interest of sorting out my problem and would rather see me leave and never come back. Service is terrible I reviewed all these shoes on their website and my reviews do not show up as they obviously do not like bad reviews on their shoes. The reviews are clearly a scam where they write them all and they do not come from customers. KWAY is a terrible product and Cape Union Mart is a shop to stay away from.
Do not bother with these guys, new geyser installed after previous geyser blew. I have only had problems. They made me replace the gas cannister. Then they made me replace the regulator. They refuse to send a technician and I have to use the electric geyser again. I thought I would save money installing this geyser but it has cost me more money than I ever anticipated. DO NOT GET THIS BRAND ATLAS it is useless and the company has no service to even bother complaining about
This property service will not wipe their hands at any opportunity they can. Lourens Dreyer sent an email requesting my deposit back and claims that he has done all he can. Never do business with this bunch. I guess God will deal with them!
Either the staff are not willing to help or they do not know how to help. A migration takes very long to get to the new speed. I have called and waited in line on the call service and get told my migration will take 48 hours. 48 hours pass I make contact, I am told my previous ISP did not release my line, which I could have resolved if I got that information originally. so 48 hours will most likely end up being 5 business days as I need to initiate all of this myself by making calls and asking whether what I signed up for has been done
I had great service from Arnè at King Price. He helped me save 200 Rand on my insurance. It is really nice dealing with competent staff. Thank you!
Laptop sent for hardware issues, 4 weeks later, machine returned, formatted, and \no issues found". Laptop just sent back for the same issues"
I went to Pinnacle after taking a Samsung printer in for repairs for collection of a unit they claimed is working. After I dropped it off, which from where I live is a 400km drive one way and had to drive back to them after they called for me to bring the toners as they say they cant test without the toners and then another drive to collect the printer. 3 round trips from Vryburg to Midrand.

I got the printer back and it still does not work. The repair cost was 948 Rand, excluding the 2400km travel.

When I call I get told that all they can is sorry!

So I sit with a printer that cost me around 3500 Rand to buy, 948 Rand to fix and then around 2000 Rand or more in fuel costs to get it repaired. About 6500 Rand for a printer and all I can get is a sorry.

A REAL company would have apologised and then collected the printer and repaired and sent back at their cost.
