I would like to say thank you to Daniel. He made my experience a great one with Epic Deals . i ordered my phone late Thursday afternoon and received it on Monday with a surprise bag of skittles added to it . My phone was said to be mint condition and they delivered on that promise. Thanks for the great and speedy service
I submitted a 2 claims with Ooba, 1 was for my one kitchen basin ,the pipe burst and my cupboard got wet and is falling apart. I was told the claim will be rejected as they do not cover this . During this period when this assessor was on his way to asses i noticed that there is a leak in my roof as there was heavy rain over this period. i have sent numerous emails im not getting any assistance. I was advised that they will not cover my roof as it was due to a lack of maintenance. I bought this house recently and was registered to our name last year July. I can not rebuild the whole house just to have a proper insurance looking after me . I responded to that email advising that i this part of the house where the leak was , is a newly built area and that they part of the entertainment area's roof is not rusted, the older part of the house has a rusted roof but not this part. I am still waiting for feedback. The last email i received that was addressed to me, was said that my claims have been rejected due to my DB wasn't up to COC standards due to lose connections . I have no idea where Thulile Zwane got this information as this is not event a point of discussion for my type of claims . On top of that my COC was done and passed prior to my house being able to be register in our name . This does not make sense . i dread taking this insurance as i have just had difficulties thus far. I am still waiting for feedback but no one is getting back to me .
I would just like to say thank you for the great and professional service received from a kind and patient man named Mpho at the east rand mall branch. We had a few challenges upgrading as the toddlers were very difficult however Mpho waiting and assisted us promptly and patiently . Thank you for your service Mpho ! i hope you get recognized !
I have on numerous occasions emailed , and WhatsApp VOX and they are just not getting back to me. i did get one silly response to say please call technical support for slow internet. which was absolute nonsense because if Demone Adams checked the email properly , i would not have been logging this complaint. I Can not be charged for something i can not use .
I Have been trying to get feedback from ABSA Home loans for quite some time , 1st i wanted to know about my interest rate as i do not see the -0.25% interest rate on the mortgages loan statement i received . Now i have been querying on a call that i made to absa last year where i was advised that upon registration an additional benefit of R5000.00 will be paid to our Absa account , the same account our home loan is being debited from . i have called numerous occasions and once transferred i get cut off , i have sent numerous mails and im just getting one liner mails and no one is answering me . I would like to know when we can expect our payment , also i would like the call recording to be sent to me .

Your service is exceptional . i was kept in the loop frequently as my glass had to be ordered before it could be replaced and the experience was just hassle free and just plain awesome
I have been with your company for so long. I advised in Oct around the 15th that i will be moving and that i need my internet cancelled at the end of oct. I do understand a 30 day notice however i really think this is pathetic as i did not cancel due to any other reasons or left to go to a different company. Now Vox is expecting me to pay +-1600 that was due yesterday where my normal account is 699 for a 50 mb line. This is realy ridiculous as i now have internet at and old property which you can verify as its not being used and i need to pay for my new property. Again like i said if i just canceled and left vox i would fully understand but i did this so that i could have internet at my new place surely there has to be some sort of understanding here as a loyal customer that never missed payments. Is there anything that can be done here as it makes no sense paying for something you can not use while still paying for a new service.
We are totally shocked by the lack of service received by Abigail and her colleague yesterday at East Rand Mall branch. We have been trying to vhange my wifes device for quite some time now! We told them yesterday that Claire from customer care spoke to my wife last week she told my wife that her device would be replaced accordingly and that we need to take the device to the closest Kiosk. Yesterday we went to back to east rand mall where they say it cannot be replaced as its out of warranty. We told them that Claire advised us it can the note was made on the system. They kept telling us they cant help us as its out of warranty. We were literally going back and forth the whole time. What made matters worse is the fact that they rol their eyes at us while talking in a different language. This is pathetic. As the business world is English and you cant treat a customer like this. They literally laughed in our faces while talking to each other. I have now called customer service again and Claire assist us yet again. She also said ahe dont understand why they did not help us yesterday as they work off of the exact same system and they she can see that we were at the mall yesterday as a note was made by the incompetent staff at the branch. She also advised they here note is just above the one they made. This is unacceptable. You can trace the account with cellphone number 084 8080 496. Good day, I wanted to only do this when I get back to the office however this crossed my mind again as im still baffled by the service I received , or should I say lack of service Over the last couple of months I have tried on numerous occasions to get answers to my questions that were submitted online as well as emails that were sent however nobody is getting back to me . I sis so difficult to answer two questions ? 1. I have a life policy with you which im really starting to regret as I have had this policy with you since 2016 I think if not sooner. I have requested on numerous occasions if there are any pay-outs or cash back benefits on these type of policies however nobody provides me with feedback , and I have all the emails to back this up . I have really considered terminating this and rather going to a place where you actually treated like a client . 2. Actuaries were supposed to get back to me via an agent that queried my profile , but im still waiting. My car was written off back in 2016 and Miway had no problem paying our which I really appreciated as this was not my fault and the third party has still not been located after a summons was issued , to this day 4 years later , I am still being prejudiced against and being penalized for this even though it was not my fault . I received a cancellation letter I think in 2017 as my premium dropped to +-R100 as I only had my house content insured and could not get a car as im under debt review . due to unforeseen / Godly act my electricity was struck and damaged my Computed along with surround sound . Right after this claim was paid I received a cancellation letter and since then I have tried numerous times to get my name cleaned ect , however Miway is still negatively impacting ,me you still do not want to help me with insurance for my car and now I must pay an outrageous amount per month for insurance , and your actuaries have still not provided me with feedback, I understand the claim was for R28000 (this was assessed by Miway) and that my R100 premium would take years to gather back , however is that not what insurance is for ? or do you just get rid of your clients as easy as that and not take the risk ? When my car was written off the aftermath of this was shocking as the lady that drove into me was actively insured with Alexander Forbs she was on her cell phone when this happened and her vehicle licence expired however im still being penalized for this because miway has not actively recovered the third part claim but everything was provided
Thanks for being so quick and efficient with your service , slowly but surely getting use to my internet being so quick . Unfortunately you guys do not work after hours however when I have a problem or a query it gets sorted out in no time and this is really all a customer can ask for ! THANKS
