I am shocked you guys have a 4.5 rating how ? Your service is pathetic and I know I am not the only one complaining about the network. It’s slow , it hangs it’s just not doing what it’s supposed too and yet we are paying full price for it every month. What’s even worse I called this evening and I was waiting for 40 mins only for your agent to answer and mute me. And yet you say you pride yourself la in service. You guys are taking advantage cause some areas don’t have other options but don't worry there are always options. We can’t even do our jobs using your useless connection and no decency of investigating this problem. You don’t deserve any star at all
I am so disappointed in your service , my wife requested a policy schedule for her life cover on the 17 and it’s now the 25th and no response. Does it take that long to get one or you guys are just not interested in servicing your clients? Very disturbing after being a client for so may years, anyway send the schedule so we can move the portfolio
I cant express how disappointed i am in your service, how can i send an email on the 5th of August meaning its a whole full month and no one has bothered to get back to me with my request? Your service is really questionable, how do you assume and not ask when I want my debit date to be. I stopped using tracker years ago and I thought maybe the service would be better but I was wrong. The only reason I am with you guys is because of Santam nothing else. I never asked for my debit order to be on the 25th so why did you decide that for me??? Someone must call and rectify your mess, I sent an email over a week ago and to date no assistance, not sure what training is provided for your staff but wow it’s such a let down.

It’s disturbing to see so many complains regarding your online services , it’s disgusting how to treat customers, your call centre , WhatsApp and emails why do you even bother having an online service?? I placed an order on the 25th was advised it will be delivered on the 27th , on that day nothing happens the 28th I received an sms stating the driver will deliver great. Driver came and to my surprise he only came with one item which was a free item and he advised that strubenvalley advised the rest was delivered to who again??? You can rob people and pretend it didn’t happen, you take and take and then do provide the service you are offfering. I want my delivery or my money back and make it quick , as quick as you took the funds they should be back the same way. For such a huge retail you are disappointment.
I am not sure why you guys find it ok to rob pensioners, my mother cancelled her contract with you guys and you found it ok to double debit her in feb, why??? She gave ample time for the cancellation so why double debt her and then don’t explain why? She called and was sent from pillar to post because wow incompetency is your middle name. Some must call my mother and reimburse her funds back. Her number is 0733350543 that should be linked to the contract she had with you
I am highly disappointed in your service , it’s becoming worse . How can I wait this long to receive a call about my repair? I was approved on the 10th of Feb and it’s now the 20th and no one has bothered to advise me what is happening.
Highly disappointed in your service , why is claiming such a mission and it’s never been before. Streamline has been saying someone will contact me to date , no one cares right ? Is it too much to ask to claim for my arm rest?
I hope this is the last complaint I send before my mom cancels this policy. Can someone who cares give us feedback regarding her claim. How do you call a client once and if there is no answer you do t bother to call again. Anyway it’s all well, can we kindly get feedback
