I cancelled because my Yorkie was diagnosed with heart failure and then they don't cover anything related to the diagnosis again. I have been paying without claiming. So I don't see the point. Then another payment was deducted from my bank account in March. Sad that after they gave me good service they still take another payment but cancelled the cover immediately when I spoke to them.
I joined Dotsure pet in 2018. In 2023 my little yorkie was struggling to breathe one evening when we rushed him to the closest emergency vet. The bill came to R15000 and dotsure only paid R7500 of the claim. After that when I claimed his medicine I was told that we reached the threashold of the year for medicine. So all other meds were paid out of my pocket. When I claimed 2024 meds now in May it was rejected again and after phoning about 5 times I was told that a chronic condition will only be paid once. In other words - once a lifetime and no chronic condition will be paid after the first time. My advise - once your fur baby gets a chronic condition - cancel the medical aid - no use!!!! My other doggie was put down earlier this month. Before we put her down - she was rushed to the vet with a broken jaw! They only paid for the putting down. R8000 claim and only R935 paid! We had to check if we couldn't save her before putting her down so we had to do x-rays. No radiology and no visit paid. Only the putting down! Horrible!
I've had platinum life cancer cover for years. The premium went up from R100 to R250 and now R500. I decided to cancel it. I tried phoning and emailing. I was then told that the policy can only be cancelled via telephone. I phoned.... No they will phone me back. Not happy with this. I phoned and mailed. Take my call and cancel the policy. I have been waiting 4 days for the phone call despite phoning and emailing.
I used cartract in my car. When I sold the car I called cartrack and cancelled the tracking. I can't even rember signing up for an unlimmited time. When I phoned them they said that there is a R2600 cancellation fee. I was also not aware of that. I arranged to pay R500 every month. But I cancelled on the 11th of Jan to cancel. But On the 15th of January they debited R184.08 (monthly instalment) On the 15th of January they debited R500 as aggreed Then on 16th of January they debited R2650 Then I called Cartrack. Now doing the calculations it was more than what I owed them Then on the 22nd they debited R2650 I called again Then on the 31st they debited R2650 again.... Is there some manager that can phone me to sort this out! Horrible service I will never recommend you!
I ordered stuff online with black Friday 2023 that I still haven't received. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I phoned and emailed without any outcome.
This is day 3 of delivery and I still don’t have my parcel. I get a message every day at 8 in the morning that Pargo is on the way and then at 9 o clock at night they tell me they couldn’t find me! Day 3! No missed calls no emails nothing! Really the worst service ever!
What a rude load of people! Went to fetch my license that has been there for over 7 weeks. In front of me was an elderly couple with a down syndrome child. First the lady at the counter shouted them because they should only come one at a time. Then they wanted to chase the down syndrome child out. One of the couple then went outside with the child and then had to stand at the back of the queue again while he was in front when shouted to leave. The other man in front of me was also shouted at! For nothing! He received an sms and took the day off to come fetch his license! Rude! Rude workers at the Traffic department.

A friend of mine has been trying to get hold of Vodacom cancellations since yesterday. Holding n for 10- 20 minutes per call and then they cut the call. The mistake is on their side as they have been charging her R65 per month for the last 25 months for a simcard that she has never received. Funny how when they make money they can ignore you!
