Their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their service is excellent. Their app is so easy to use. They have really shown other banks that banking can be made easy and affordable. Thank you to each and everyone in the Capitec team for making life easier and banking a pleasure.

Most pathetic company I have dealt with. Sales department phoned me on a regular basis to sell me their system - which I by-the-way had in my car, unfortunately. Clearly they don't know who their clients even are. Every time I told them to take my name off as I have a cartrack system - never happened. They would have never been able to locate my car in any case since they had my registration number wrong. Then I sold my car at the end of July and told them I sold the car. I had to complete a cancellation form and that was send to them on 2 Aug. Yet up until October they are deducting their fee from my account. The worst is their staff's attitude - Refiloe Maruma
Cole at West Coast Mall delivered an amazing service. Not only did he advise me on the harness for my dog but he was so patient and even helped adjusting it to the correct size.

Pathetic service. Just moved my house but it took first for women longer to move my policy than what it took me to physically move - ridiculous. I added the house for building insurance long before i moved so it was only my house content and where my car is parked
Petrus is only a broker? Another company did my actual move. Petrus is extremely unprofessional – never adhered to any times. They were suppose to load between 7 and 8 and just before 8 I was told that they will only arrive at 12 – this after I send a message around 6 to find out if they were on their way. Apparently the driver had to sleep over (and he didn’t know that the previous night? This driver was not even supposed to do my move I heard later – Petrus clearly lies – maybe why he can’t trust other people because he is not trustworthy). We had to leave because of our planning and arrangements – we actually do plan. They then arrived at 10, after I had left (8 then 12 then 10?). Petrus clearly has no idea what he is doing and has no planning abilities. Even after loading they could not tell me when my furniture will arrive. While off-loading Petrus stopped the guys indicating that he did not receive proof of payment. I made payment before he stopped the guys. I then emailed proof of payment to him 3 times via email (he clearly doesn’t pay his internet service provider because he never received it and the next day all 3 messages came back undelivered). The truck driver send him a screenshot of my proof of payment as well as my sms from the bank showing the amount paid to him but nothing was good enough. I eventually send a message to his cellular phone from my banking app and only then were they allowed to off-load – ridiculous! I found this very unprofessional and disappointing. I trusted Petrus with 70% of my money as well as all my earthly belongings, yet he thought I was taking a chance (as indicated to the driver) and send me insulting whatsapp messages.

My maintenance plan ended January 2023 (5 years). In June I found liquid on my garage floor underneath my car. Lexus tells me it is an oil leak. On 3 July my car is with Lexus for 3 days and it costs me R9000 3 days. It is still leaking. On 24 July it goes in for a minor service. Just before 16:00 told I won’t get my car?! What now, I run a business and have appointments for the rest of the week. Why was this leak not fixed in 3 days at R9000? Why do I only get told at 15:46 that I won’t get my car back? At this time it still has not been serviced. I have been without a car for 2 days and this morning they told me they need my car for another 2 - 3 days but it is impossible as I have meetings and site visits and work to attend to and no alternative means of transport. I didn't realise if you drive a Lexus you need another car as back-up.
Always been my preferred supplier of beds. The guys at Strubensvalley are amazing. Thank you for making it a pleasure to shop with you. Knowledgeable and helpful.
