I complained about a serious lag in our receipt of emails and was advised by the support department to contact your hosting department as they could see there was a problem. I emailed hosting on 15/01 and 20/01 and have still not gotten a response on when this will be attended to. This is causing major delays in the firm.
I've been asking for a paid up letter from you since July. I have sent multiple emails requesting the same. When logging into your site it states no letter available. This was paid in 2014 already. I have posted a review on this platform to which you rep**** asking for my details (which was included in the private section). As I received a response I took down the bad review and sent another email with all the requested detail. STILL NOTHING FROM YOU! This review will stay.
I have been asking for a paid up letter since JULY as it is not available on the online portal and have simply been ignored. Guess the next step is an ombudsman.
On 10 June 2025 I emailed the debt review department to get a settlement amount to pay off my debt. I heard nothing. Then I sent a follow up email on 20 June and again absolutely no response.
I placed my online order on 4 December 2024. Delivery is supposedly 3-5 working days. It has been 7 working days and not a word! What is the point of ordering online if you have no idea when you will receive your parcel?
When tracking my LOCAL parcel on the site the last update was 29/11/2024. On the live chat option while waiting on an agent I have been holding for 57minutes without ANY response.
I placed an order on 29/08/2024 and have still not received it.
On 06/06/2024 I emailed through my Disinvestment form together with all supporting documents. On 10/06 I received an email saying there were no attachments to my email. I re-sent the email as well as proof that ALL the documents were, in fact, attached. On 13/06 I had to write another email enquiring and once again attaching all relevant documents and the proof that all were already sent on 06/06/2024. My documents were duly submitted on 06/06 and yet they are procrastinating the matter with claims that the attachments were not there. Thus a payout which should have been expected this week has now been delayed and I have yet to hear from them positively.
What an effortless experience! The only store which I could find with the specific year of whiskey that I wanted. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Great service!
On 17 January 2024 I received my beauty pack. Upon receipt I sent an email to advise that due to the change in my financial position I couldn't commit to the monthly expense and asked them to cancel. I received a reply saying I will be contacted within 5-7 days. Eight days later I send an email asking what's going on as I requested to cancel and no one has contacted me and I received 3 calls with no one on the other end and lasted 4 to 10 seconds before they drop the call. The reply? That I will be contacted within 5-7 days! If this is their way of securing another month's payment, I will be taking this matter further. Cancel the "policy", collect the box and refund me.
