Shocking Service.
Shocking service. Charged 15% more than the items cost to cover themselves in case of any changes, then delivered a 3rd of the order 6 hours later. Their help Line goes unanswered so I phoned the local store where the order was put together (We live in a small Town) They had no idea how to help. The full amount + the 15% was deducted from my credit card and I am still waiting two weeks later for the refund.

Imperial Select Brackenfell
What a fantastic Team. I bought a Hyundai advertised on the Website for my Daughter. I do not live in Cape Town so had to get a friend to go around to the dealership to view. I dealt with Rasheed the salesman who was extremely professional and assured me the car was in perfect Condition. I then had the finance departments very helpful and friendly Ashleigh help me with all the paperwork. We had the car for a few months only to discover the Paint was bubbling and "peeling" I took the vehicle into the Knysna Hyundai Dealership who even though admitting it was a common factory fault on the i20 model they would not help. I then spoke to Jurgens Human who with out hesitation Sent his Driver up To Plettenberg Bay to fetch the Vehicle and have the Vehicle Repaired. A Very Professional Team who has made a customer very happy. Well done to Jurgens and his team. I will highly recommend Imperial Select Brackenfell, but a little Hesitant to purchase a Hyundai again.

Great communication and Quick to help
Taz Momsen has been amazing from the start of my Daughters stay. Quick to communicate and sort out any problems we had. The apartment blocks in Vredehoek are old so there will be problems with Electrics and Plumbing etc. Only issue I had was with Accounts as they refused to give my daughter any Relief in the Rent after she could no longer work due to the Covid - 19 lock down. Other than that they have been quick to respond to any issues we had.

Cell Phone Claim - Discovery Insure - Awesome Service
What an absolute please dealing with Discovery insure. Decious Banyini was perfect gentleman and most helpful. This is the second Phone we have lost and replaced with out hesitation.
