MTN employees and so called service champions do not care about their customers. I have been reporting an issue of not being able to make or receive calls on my number 0833256719. Eventually a call was logged with ref: REQ 3934967 and to this day the issue has not been resolved. Contacted customer care and a guy by the name of Sivuyile told me that there is no response and he will need to re-escalate with a condescending voice and when Inasked to speak to a supervisor he put me on a longest hold and when he ce back to me he transferred me to a line that went to voicemail. I called again amd spoke to Valentine Mosia who promised to help and took my email address but also cannot advise on how long will it take I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she just put the phone aside telling me that she texted the supervisor and waiting for them respond.

I have been querying my credit card charges with Capitec and they told me that it will e rectified but till today there is no change
I am waiting for a sim swap which i paid for and it now two weeks. Every agent has their own version of lies or they hang up on me whenever i ask about the sim swap. No manager or team leader calls back and im sitting without internet for two weeks now
We have paid these people up about a month ago and now we are struggling with getting the paid up letter every time we call we getting a different story from their incompetent agents
These people keep on deducting my money, I sent them an email and I got a response that I unsubscribed late on a previous prescription whereas I even received a confirmation in October 2020 from a guy by the name of Pedro that I was now unsubcribed and they will never deduct from me again but to my surprise 29th of Jan my account was debited and again on the 5th of February
This is the worst collections company ever I paid my 2 accounts in July and August and had to call for months before I could get paid up letters. Now I am receiving smses that I need to pay. The agents and their superiors are a bunch of lazy clueless people. Credit beareau information never gets updates you just pay your money for fun
I have purchased a deal from groupon for a weekend away for an amount of R1610.00, which i paid from eft on the 7&8 August respectively from Absa bank to the bank account they gave to me...I did not receive a confirmation for the deal i bought and when i enquired about it an agent by the name of Ridwa told me that they were experiencing problems so they will refund my money.They asked me for proofs and i sent those proofs several times and upto this date I jave not received my money and they are not responding to my mails anymore..Can anyone in finances pay my money because I ran out of patience already
Good day,<br> <br> On the 28th of February and 2nd of March I made EFT payments to Justines account R1000 and R635 respectively. The account number I sent the payments to is 58860024760 (Justine) which is the account number i always send the money to, and before I selected the company as my beneficiary I made sure that it says Avon/Justine,<br> my account was never updated and they claimed that they have not received the payment, I then sent them proofs from my internet banking screen as well as a proof of payment and the lady by the name of Portia Kau sent me a mail confirming that they have received the payment and it will reflect in 7 days, and that was on the 5/03/2014.<br> I went to Absa to ask for a proof of payment as one of the incompetent consultant sarcastically told me that the money was paid to ABSAs account i must speak to them, wheras ABSAs statement shows me that it was transfered to an FNB account which is the bank they use.. I went to FNB and I was told that the account belongs to them, now I get no response from the credit control department and what annoys me most is that my order is withheld but the fault is with them<br> I need this resolved asap<br>
