This is the worst of the worst courier companies ever. Dont answer their phones, if you get through after 40 attempts they make you hold on for 30 min snd then just dissapeare. Nobody comes back My business is standing because of them
No support!!!!!!! Technicians disappeared!!!!!! Promises and more promises. 8 months, hardly have onternet. They dont do anything!!!! Could not care

a lady by the name of Sade contacted me, and then again never heard from her again. Keeps on sending me emails with tye same content. Dhl is the worst of the worst
Worst company ever. Tracking nr 9621587426. No updates. Did not pick up parcel in azerbajan as promised on 30 June 2025. Customer service just dont answer the phone or finaly when they answer, they put it down before you can even ask for help. You can send emails but they do mot respond on it. We have went out of our way, to the office, made calls but no response. Useless useless!!!!. Is their nobody working for DHL that can tel me if my parcel was picked up. It has been 3 weeks. I am furious!!!!!!!!. Please do not use DHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No feedback yet from Ferre SA. They make you pay for a new stove and give you a second hand one. Stickers torn off from stove
Bought a new stove, the oven was faulty, they brought me a "new stove" that was not wrapped properly, nothing like the new stove I originally bought. The second time I wanted to use the oven, the rubber was hanging in the oven. They replaced it with another "new stove". Wrapped in egg trays, all stickers was teared off. They said it was new, but labels teared off tells me that it is not new as promissed. This stove is also giving me oven problems. I did consult with Gas2u from where I bought the stove. I was promised that they will replace the stove the moment that they get new stock. At this stage I have tried to get hold of Gas2u as well as Ferre. It seems that they ignore me. They do not even return my calls. I am mad. I bought a NEW STOVE and was not given discount , but have to be hsppe with a second hand stove
Poor, no customer service, rude, dont know what they are doing, pay an arm and leg for a rental but nothing gets fixed. Always excuses. Haven't had electrisity for the past 11 days. No feedback
Bought a pepper steak pie yesterday. Got home to warm it up. Only dough. 1.3 cm thick. Little bit of gravy. I took a picture.
I normally buy these mussels and the first boxes that I bought, a few did not open. The last 3 boxes a lot more does not open. Funny. On the packaging it says .....COOKED... This tells me that the person who packed this, did not care if they are good or bad mussels. ... The factory nr is 10747. Item nr 416094. Checkers customer care does not care about this. they offer me another packet witch I have to collect from them, taking the packaging with me!!!, realy?????? They could have killed somebody!! This is not the first time it happened, but the product is getting worse!!, I was a concerned customer! Checkers customer care does not care!!!!
