Poor service with missing items delivered. Weeks have past calling the call center to receive my missing items. Nothing to date, unable to get hold of the actual store. Now still waiting for my refund. Really poor service.

Hein came out to quote for a replacement aluminum door. We paid in full and 2 months later nothing has been done. Promises to come through but doesn’t. Now doesn’t respond to mails or messages. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Hi I logged a complaint around the competition that you peel away on the package. As soon as you do the numbers are wiped away as well meaning you cannot participate. Simba responded and advised that someone will call me. This was on the 29th Nov. I am still waiting for the call!
Good day, I have been struggling for the last week attempting to figure out how to obtain my parcel. I have now paid the duties required, confirmed the proof of payment and they have now requested that I need a MCC permit. I have purchased a single natural item online for personal use but I need a permit? I have bought this item many times previously and now I need to supply this. Why is that the case. I have phoned multiple times and have to await long waiting times on the phone to get an answer.

Good day, <br> <br> I have a Prepaid Telkom Mobile Sim for data. I used to have great coverage in Lenasia Extension 3 Petrea Street (code 1820). However in the last 3 months I cannot connect anymore. I have 2 prepaid Sims on different devices and they both have the same issue. This is really frustrating as the signal is full but it does not connect. Sometimes is does and than drops. The service used to be great and speed fast but now it connects for while and than drops. <br> <br> Please could you assist.

However the Lenasia branch called me back and advised that the store was closed and they could not fulfill my order. They mentioned a refund would be completed the next day. This did not happen. I logged a query on the website and received the following case number 175204. This was on the 28/12/2015. Nothing has happened since.
