Service is very poor!! they dont respond to calls or emails or sms. They sign contracts with you take your documents , do a debi check on your account to lock payment back from the client . BUT YOU DONT GET PAID OUT THE LOAN 5 days later still nothing from them yet my contact is signed and the debid order is loaded on my bank account. THIS IS *****
Absolute trash service ! A store opened a license in my name by error and they don't want to cancel the licence i was requested to send a affidavit of what i did now they change their story to something else in order not to assist me. They don’t pick up their phones they don’t respond to emails and they're managers don't see the need to help any one if the choose to do so . Absolute disgrace but they expect us to pay them ? For what?
The experience was very good accept with some issues here and their but they are very professional and i received my clearance certificate as promissed.
The worst service you will ever experience in your life is with Sars . 9 months 5 visits to the branch several hours spent in branch on the phone . 2 Audits in 1 tax season and my tax is still not sorted!! They treat you horrible in branch on the phone all over Sars should not work with clients they cant give any type of customer service . Worst of the worst!!!
Very poor service , takes them a week just to tell you sorry sir your item broke because of age we will not be assisting you. Please give us your email we will be sending you your rejection letter soon. Absolutely terrible lost all my trust just like any other insurance company looking for reasons not to help you . Is there actually a insurance company that does stick to there word and help like they say they would . I dont know. Really poor service
Very poor service with regards to giving clients feedback . They also transfer you to departments that never pick up their phones. Terrible service , the polokwane branch also never answers a phone so good luck getting a new line with vox.
How the mighty has fallen, the worst customer service you will get from any ban**** Phoned 3 times each time waiting for more the 30 mins no response !! Then get to the bank wait in line outside the bank for more then 2 hours still no assistance!!! They tell you dont stress you can do all on the online app ...Still nothing works !! Absolutely rated the worst bank in South Africa with customer service !!! They want to provide service to us from our homes so that we dont have to expose ourselves to Covid-19 ? What service ?! You dont get anything from them eaven when you are forced to go to the bank you are exposing yourself for no reason because you still get no service from them!!! Useless!!
Steers is upsetting absolute worst service ever .. after struggling for then 30 mins online and phoning the store manager to assist i end up getting my food more then an hour later COLD and not even as per the special ... false adverti*****t or poor store management I'm truly very upset i paid top rand for bad quality food and poor service !!
I am furious this company took money from my account for a cancelled policy after i spoke to a consultant that confirmed that my policy was cancelled, they didnt eaven take one premium they took my hole SALARY!!! now the whant me to wait 21 days to sort this out!!! I will not!!! This is un acceptable and they are not recommended please do not use this compy they will take everything you have!!!
<p>Both the vodacom stores in louistrichardt never have stock i have been struggeling since 12/01/2017 to upgrade my phone but each time i phone the store they say they dont have stock each time i drive to the stores they dont have stock this is the worst service ever from vodacom i jave never seen something like this in my life ....</p>
