I purchased a foam walker boot from MKem on 26 July 24 due to a leg injury. I paid cash and requested proof of payment in order to claim back from my Medical aid. I submitted the receipt to my Medical Aid only to be told that I need an invoice. I called MKem orthopedic dept and spoke to Shaun. I requested the invoice. I called a few days later as I had not received it and was told by Shaun that they were sorting out their computers and I shall receive it shortly. I received it on 05 Aug 24. I immediately submitted it to my Medical Aid. M Medical Aid rejected the invoice as it did not have the standard reuired ICD10 code. Toda (22 Aug 24), I sent MKem an email requesting that the resend the invoice withe the ICD10 code. I also submitted the Invoices from Morton & Partners which clearly has the ICD10 codes. Now MKem tells me to get a motivational letter from the doctor. It's standard procedure when submitting an invoice for the Invoice to have the correct codes. MKem should know that as they deal with medical aids on a daily basis. I cannot understand what's so difficult about that. I paid MKem R2000 at no stage did they state that I must get a motivational letter from our doctor. The treating, hospital, Xray companies have all been paid b the Medical Aid but I'm still struggling to get payment due to incompetence.i

I am a Platinum member for years simply becuse of the Conveyancing benefit. Only to discover after all these years that no 60% discount is payable. I attached Legalwise's response and I'm simply doing to to create an awareness for all PPlatinum members that the Platinum Benefit is a waste of our good earned monies. Rather deposit the R360 pm into a bank account and be safe." It is confirmed that you consulted with our Lubi Sibeko, who advised you that you can use one of attorneys that is on the Panel to assist you with the transfer of the property and she further confirmed with you telephonically that we will only pay an attorney that is on our Panel. We do take note of your reference to our membership agreement that we will pay an attorneys that assist you with a matter based on LegalWises Tariffs, however we wish to bring to your attention that you please read the membership agreement in its totality especially under the Platinum services. In as much as we advise you that we will pay the attorneys according to our Tariffs, that clause is not applicable to our Platinum services benefits like the conveyancing Benefit. We are very strict when it comes to this as we must be the ones that instruct such an attorney as we have a service level agreement in place for such kind of services'" That's there response. Let me warn Platinum members, I went to great lenghts to find a Conveyancer that was on Legalwise or Nedbank's panel without success as Conveyances refuse to do work for Legalwise for reasons known to them. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a company that hits you with the fine print only to enrich themselves and their shareholders. It costed me R6000 for the Conveyancer but Legalwise refuses to pay 60% and now says, they should have liaised with the Conveyancer. Utter *******. We are not initially told or given examples of a payment breakdown that that there are other fees which are charged but legalwise only pays 60% of the attorney fees. Beware of these Legalwsie consultants in malls who like vultures rush to offer an awesome product but they themselves do not have the in depth nitty gritties product knowledge. I regret taking out a legalwise policy and I wanted to cancel my policy 4 years ago, but I have a case that's running for over 7 years and I'm afraid if I cancel Legalwise won't assist me. Once that case is resolved then it's bye, farewell rest in peace Legalwise

My son in law app**** for renewal of his passport at the Malmesbury Branch. He was told that he must go to Mitchell's Plain office to cancel his old passport which had already expired. He was then told to take out a Maxi Tourist 48 page passport at a cost R1200. He was under pressure as he needs his passport to travel in september and time is against him so he decided just to pay the R1200. Renewal fees for a passport is R600. Why was he forced to pay R1200
I was X-Rayed for a leg Injury on Friday night 26-Jul-2024 at NI City Hospitals BERGMAN, ROSS AND PARTNERS NX0162216 and was charged an amount of R 468.36. On Sunday 28 July 24, I was in tremendous pain and went to Melomed emergency rooms. Morton & Partners XRayed the same foot at an amount of 1,358.24 R900 more for the exact same XRay. wow was I **********
My wife submitted the receipt/ proof of payment for the purchase of a form walker from MKem on 30 July 24 to our Medical aid. We were informed that we needed an invoice. We then submitted the invoice and today 07 Aug 24, we are told, that payment cannot be made as there's no proof of payment. This is the height of Incompetence

Shockingly poor service. I shall never ever recommend Flightsite. I made an online booking for a trip to Mauritius, made the payment. I received confirmation email but no E-Ticket. about an hour later I called the company. The lady informs me that my booking shows as pending . She promised a consultant will call me as all are currently busy. I called back at 545 pm as I was worried that no one called me , niether did i receive an eticket. I immediately smelled a rat and booked my ticket with Travelstart. at an extra cost. I have blocked my bank card , so that they cannot take out any funds at a later stage. My email domain was R69 per month. Suddenly without any written request and definitely without my consent, Afrihost debited my bank account with R166. I find this ********* and unacceptable. I have requested that my domain only be cancelled as it's a total *******
