I have a borehole and septic tank and am being charged for the availability of possibly using them. Thus paying for something I don't use and don't need.
I lodged a claim on 11th Dec 24. Lightning struck our alarms, both fence and house. The inspection was not thoroughly carried out resulting in an extra claim for pick beams. Because yhe new quote was not worded correctly, all on hold. Now the correct quote was received, more the 2 weeks have gone by and NO AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN GIVEN.
Up until now I have been extremely happy with the goods available on 60. Now all of a sudden they have changed groceries from 60 to hyper at a cost of 50 if not more than 350. All I need is Eureka rye and white flour as I am a pensioner and bake bread to supp6my income. Shame on you. Very disappointed 😞
Unbelievably officious and lacking the ability to listen to difficulties arising from their DEMANDS.
My claim was submitted on 11th Dec. Pur security system damaged by lightning . I have phoned almost daily. I have written numerous letters. I contacted the complaints division on Tuesday 7th and was promised a call back that day by yhe person handling my claim. Thursday and no call. All the documents asked for have been submitted I don't know what to do now except go th the ombudsman So quick to take premiums and so tardy when carrying out the promises. 😡
I was told on 10 Dec the claim would reflect on my account in 2 to 3 working days. On 23 dec I phoned and it had not been released yet. I was told on 24th dec it would take 2 to 3 working days to reflect. I HAD TO PHONE TO GET ANY MOVEMENT ON THEIR PROMISE WHY?????
I'm trying to get accepted as a seller on takealot. Many emails have been sent to us offering help but listing on this sight is totally impossible. Rules and red tape just frustrate totally.
After various claims having either been rejected or minimal amounts paid, waiting 2 months for house to be accepted for rebuilding after fire, I now have waited 2.5 weeks trying to get an answer re our security systems having been struck by lightning. We live on a plot and have no security. Still waiting for feedback.
Once again I was promised a call back from the pharmacist and again that never happened. I have been hospitalized with heart problems and urgently need the medication. Three days meds left...... Still waiting for their useless communication.
Once again delivery not made on time. Previous time it was noted that I signed for delivery and it was delivered at 11am the next day. *****ulently using my signature. Today once again not delivered.
