I was a victim of crime on the 3rd of May and my phone was taken from me. My phone was unlocked so the people who took it gain access to make st of the things that are in my phone. They logged into my Afrihost app and requested R500 and 20gigs of data on my Airmobile sim card that was lost last year and I did report to Afrihost that I lost the sim card. Now I am expected to pay close to R800 that I did not use. The airtime and data are not used, they are still in the sim card but Afrihost us refusing to reverse it. Which I find unfair. I've been their client for the past two years butthus is the kind of treatment that I get from them
I have spent close to R500 airtime trying to get ahold of MWeb. My account was suspended, I paid five days ago but my wifi still has not been connected.
Worst service ever, you stay in line for more than 10 minutes only when you're next in line your call get cut. The consultants promise to call you back but never do. When you move from one place to another you have to pay a cancelation fee whereas you never said you want to cancel. I will never ever recommend Vox to anyone.
I bought drinks from Liqour City in Rietfontein Road Boksbug. And then I went to Checkers, when I got to Checkers I saw that the drinks were much cheaper so I bought them. When I got home i literally sat down and checked the receipt from Liquor City to see what their return policy is, there was none. I went to the store to return the drinks, the Manager by the name of Promise told me that the refund they do is I must take something that amounts to the total of the drinks. So I told her that I already bought the drinks I don't need anything else. She told me to call their Head office, without explaining anything else. It was on a Sunday, the Head Office was closed. I found that very inconvenient.
I have been trying to get throught to MTN contract department for the past three days. My call gets transferred to them and they always just hangup. I don't think it's a mistake if it's happening all the time.
In 2017 U bought couches for my mom in credit purchase from Bradlows Gerniston. After few months, they started peeling. I sent them an email, they only came to pick up the couches, after sending other more emails to them. They kept the couches fir close to two months. After a week of returning the couches, my mon noticed that two of the couches came back damaged. I once again contacted Beadlows and told them about the damages. They came to pick up the couches for the second time. After they did, I kept receiving texts from them that they are trying to call me but I am not answering my phone, if which I don't remember getting a missed call from them. When I called and spoke to a lady about the rext messages, she told me she cannot pick any details under my ID or cellphone number. She told me to wait for the call from Bradlows, after some time I got a call from them, the gentleman that called asked when can they come to collect the couches, I told him that the couches have been collected and u want to know when will they returned? He couldn't answer me, ye promised to call me back, I am still waiting for his call. I sent them an email, still waiting for response. Last week my mom decided to gi herself to the shop, they told her that they will call their workshop. After that, I received a call from the shop telling me that their workshop is checking the couches, they picked the couches over two months ago, but they are still checking. The lady told me that they said they are checking if it's factory fault or they we damaged them. How can we damage the couches a week after they had them. All this time ny account has never been in arrears I keep paying Bradlows for couches that we are not using. Bradlows us a scheme and they don't give a damn about customer service.
I just want to thank you so much Reggie for making sure that I finally get my phone. I should have spoken to you from the first place, i'm sure I would have gotten my phone long time ago, but I didn't know. Thanks to you and Neo for speeding up the process. I was losing hope if ever getting my phone back, thanks once again.
Finrite insurance collected my phone to be repaired on 16th March 2015, to date I still haven't received my phone. When I called them to report the damage I was told that I have to pay an excess fee, I took a little longer to pay the fee, their consultants called me 3 times to ask when am I paying the fee, I paid it eventually and called to tell them that I had faxed the proof of payment to them, after I never received a call from them. After 2 weeks I called them to check, only to be told that I have to pay more excess fee, I paid the amount that was required, after few days I called them and every time I call I have to hold for 15 to 20 minutes. They told me my phone was gonna be delivered with 3 to 4 working days. On the 4th day I called them and they said someone was gonna call me back, ,i waited for the call until the following day. I called them on the 5th day, only to be told that my phone was beyong repairs and I have to pay another fee in order for me to get a new phone. This is the worst treatment to ever give to a paying client.
