Pathetisism of note
The most illiterate staff to do the work. Pathetic performance and *********** to a very large extend. Cannot even perform proper communications. Just add extras to the contract like out going and incoming inspections. As**** visits once and charge twice. Increase deposit as they like without explanation. Changes contracts as they like. Contact detail changes requested but they cannot perform. Listing clients on credit bureau without proper explanation This vompany is ****ed up and really stupid. The lowest class of people skills revealed ever. What a bunch of illiterate chair seat warmers

Good Experience
First of all Website is quite straight forward user friendly, I just did not find my original items that I was looking for that was on my glitched eft process. Second time round all went quite well in the placing of order, eft and proof of payment forwarding caused quite a happening. The Dispatch and delivery...... wait for it.... NO..... it happened within 3 days of having placed the order and courier was actually friendly and courteous, elderly driver that was very polite. Thanks for the good service and Staff that was very efficient and helpful.

The Waterfront outlet n Bloemfontein has really provided a under rated quality food and service of waiter is very unprofessional and negligent. The butter that was required never got delivered to my table. The egs was rubbery and steak was not well done but overdone.

ELITE MOBILE Fraud
Teleconsultant called and stated VERY clearly after asking pertinently where she, Nonhlanhla, is calling and she stated VODACOM. Vodacom directly i asked and hse confirmed YES. When receiving the sms it was from elite mobile....... Now I am trying to cancel the upgrade but they keep on sending the upgrade emails and sms'. This is fraud and pure and simple crooked.

Extra mile for Community Concern
The E-Foods in Hartswater has really gone the extra mile in regards to the stocking of supplies, even unscheduled obtain of supplies from Suppliers to keep their stock levels in good shape for the Corona prep rush is something immaculate and really a token of concern to the community and it's people. Accumalated minutes Paid for
I have renewed my contarct and went from a Red Premium to a Red Advantage package. Getting a balance enquiry on 20 May 2015 on the Red Premium I had 808 m 10s Talk Time till 30/06/15. 1.95 gb data until 30/06/15. On 31/05/15 another balance enquiry and it read 805m 3s until 31/05/15 and 1.85 gb data till 30/06/15. On 07/06/15 I only have 492m 13 s till 31/07/15.<br> On enquiry to the call centre I got a mail with contents reading the following:<br> <br> Please find migration policy below:<br> <br> On migration to one of these new price plans from any existing multi-bucket system, all unused remaining voice minutes will be transferred to the new Smart and Red price plan.<br> ? Transferred minutes will be subject to the carryover rule applicable to the customer?s new Smart or Red price plan.<br> ? When a customer migrates from the new offers to any other offer the SMS and Data bundles are not carried over and any remaining value is forfeited.<br> <br> Please refer to migration quote disclaimer V15MI3700 dated 08/05/2015.<br> <br> Regards<br> Moeriedah <br> <br> I regard this loss of minutes a theft and fraud by the corporates to their customers.<br> <br> Can you please advise?
