Service i received at customer service is very bad i was looking for item because on the price tag doesn't specify.Someone at customer services by the name of Lindokuhle Nxeles told me that he checked at the location that i stay in there is no stock, he /she advised me to check on online store how will i check online while the price tag doesn't give full details like the name of the shoes., i asked he/she to check other branches or province he/she close my ticket my matter is been resolved but is not resolved i m really **** off i m a customer i need better service
Poor service I used my own money to take the return back to the store because they refuse to come and collect it i went to game Rustenburg mall they refused to help me, the say they need proof of purchase i sured them my order my as i bought it online was not help they don't care about the money we spent, game is really disgusting.
I m so ****ed off ordered some stuff which was birthday gift now my stuff can't be delivered driver called me to tell i must change my home address and that address i been using it every time wen i order i haven't struggling like this, y my order was accepted but now it can't be delivered i phoned no feedback received which is bad service, also send WhatsApp no response why can't you refund if i can't get help so dat i can go and buy somewhere else wer they know customer services, if i dont get my order by tomorrow refund and further action will be taken
Cashier at Rustenburg 2 they really have attitude towards the customer. Other thing boxer store says they offer cash back when U ask for cash they refuse to give it to us,I was asking for cash back cashier by name of Florence Macupa was counting cash in front of me but she refuse to give me cash but there was a lady who come after she gave it to her, On sassa we struggling again, Rustenburg 1 it has good customers service even wen u Iasking for R50 they give it to you no matter wat,queue are as long every day cashier chatting to each other or 2 tills working this is really **** I
I app**** for home router package received on Friday since i been calling customer service to activate the sim still today i m still waiting what's the use to charge us pro rata for sumthing that i m using, if this problem is not fixed by tomorrow i m taking it back will try other network customer service comes 1st mtn become so useless

I 'm not happy with the service I received in ackermans plaza yesterday I have to wait 30 min just supervisor to override and she was standing on the tills cashier call her twice, This Esther MASILO she must know that she works with customers she must leave her attitude in her house not in the store, I was **** off, u standing a long queue then wait again 4 30min for override they should take their customer very serious
