Worst service any Solar company can give, been struggling since February to get them to sort out their system, nothing happens, we have to keep calling them and try and pry answers from them, without sucess, enough is enough now, I want them to remove their system from my property so that I can get a company that knows what they are doing to assist me goibg forward
Very very POOR service from GoSolr, from 8 Feb 2025 we have been struggling with our system tripping and not loading the way it should. Loads and loads of comolaints logged with them, they kept asking for pictures of both DB boards, after a huge fight, they send a technitian, he said that a cable was connected wrongly, but he fixed it, the system was even worse, they came out agin, changed some settings on the inverter, no change at all. Then they said we need to upgrade the system to get the usage we want, we did the upgrade, while busy with the upgrade the installer said the inverter was faulty, almoat a month later we got a date for replacement of the inverter, the installer postponed the first day, second day no explanation just no show, day 3 no show, no explanation, same day 4 and 5, after losing it with GoSolr, they eventually showed up on day 6 to replace the inverter. Same day we had extreme trios on our syatem so bad that even the Eskom grid is not working, batteries are not charging, and now we have no electricity what so ever, after eventually getting hold of them, they promised to have it fixed today (same day as installation) the installer came back, we were told that the system trips the Eskom grid because the batteries are too low, we must wait 2 hours before switching the geyser on, still exactly the same... This company is giving me the worse service that you can ever imagine, I am still awaiting someone from managementvto contact me to sort out these issues we have been having from 08 Feb 2025, today is 18 June 2025
As long as you don't cancel the contract and have to get your deposit back you are golden, I have never in my life struggled this much with a company to get my refund, in March I was told 15-20 business days for the refund, we are in May, still awaiting my refund, eventhough they have given me a proof of payment a week ago, now I the new excuse is, that it is a Nedbank error... Always excuses no real answers or explanations....
Vehicle was with them for three months after am accident, finaly they let us know the repair is done, all is well, got to the panelshop, parts were not lining up, Santos areanged to repair it quickly (5min) we left with the vehicle went home, next day the vehicle would not start and the passanger door window made a noise when opening, phoned them, they advised to bring the vehicle back today, had to put the battery charger on the vehicle yesterday as something is now draining tje battery, they said they fixed tbe window can't open it because they replaced the smash and grab, so will have to confirm if it has indeed been replaced? I asked if they sorted out whatever is draining the baterry, Santos pulled uo his shoulders and said it's the battery and not my problem, this is a vehicle that is two years old with 20 000km on it, never had any issue before getting it back from them, I will also be laying a formal comolaint with Outsurance. This is rediculous that we just have to accept whatever poor service and bad attitude a service provider is giving
I am still waiting for my order of kitchen kabinets that builders warehouse messed uo, on Tuesday the complaints manager promised that by latest today I will have my kabinets, now I get a call from Dielshaad Adams, telling that I will once again not get my cabinets and she will call me at 10:00 tomorrow, how am I as a customer supposed to accept this service from a suppiler that was paid on 21/01/2024?
On 21 January 2024 we went to Builders Warehouse Centurion looking for kitchen cabinets, they told us we need to order online as they can't assist in store if we dont want white cabinets, that said we went home, did the online order and made payment, order expired, I had to send proof of payment again, we struggled until the 29th January 2024 to get the order replaced that was paid on 21 January 2024, received a mail and according the account that I had to create the cabinets will be delivered on 16 February 2024, yesterday morning 08:00 I phoned the Builders call centre, the guy confirmed that my delivery is scheduled for that day, at 15:00 I called again, the guy said they see it is scheduled, but will exculate to a manager to follow uo, at 16:00 I called again, same story, at 16:52 I called again, same story, today is 17 February 2024, my cabinets has still not been delivered and uo to now, no manager or anybody from Builders has given me any explanation as to why they have not delivered, the builder re-doing our kitchen is here to install the cabinets, no cabinets delivered and no explanation what so ever from Builders, this is simply pathetic and un acceptable
I have 3 contracts with Telkom, all paid uo to date, I need another contract urgently, they keep you busy for 30 min only to tell you that now all of the sudden back office needs to approve the 4th contract and I will only have feedback next year. Utterly useless service that after the call centre told me I can go to a store and will be assisted on the spot
Agent Rudi Kruger gave us the worst service and run around. Got our own pre-approval from a bond originator that we trust and from there it was all down hill. After sending the agent our pre approval for the property he never got back to us at all, I had to keep asking what is happening. This morning he said that the property was sold someone else yesterday, after enquiring as to how as I have send the approval on Tuesday the story changed and he sold it over the weekend already not yesterday as in his previous mail. You would think that such a big agency has got proper agents with good ethics...
I bought a brand new Suzuki S-Presso last year May, it has now been at Suzuki Centurion 5 times for minor issues, I do understand that a newly launched vehicle might have some teething problems. However we noticed rust on the wheels and exhaust of the vehicle, I took the vehicle for it's first sèrvice today at 8741km, I enquired about the rust on the vehicle and was told by Vanessa that they will look into it. Upon collection this afternoon of my vehicle O was told that they treated the exhaust of the vehicle but can't do anything about the wheels as this is "normal", I said that I myself is in the motor trade and rust on a vehicle that is one year old and not driven close to any water or the ocean (Gauteng) is not normal at all. Vanessa called the workshop maganer Ricco, who is arrogantly trying to explain to me that there is nothing he can do about it and I must accept it for what it is. He said they know about the rust and do anything about it as the vehicle comes to SA on a ship and that is where they pick up rust. I am VERY VERY unhappy about this as my vehicle is not even one year old and only has 8741km on it. Very poor service and I will tell everybody that I know to stay away for Suzuki and their sub par product
Worst agency to rent from, no response from anyone in the company My toilet is leaking, been asking and begging for a week get someone to respond to me as to what the next step will be Rebecca and Dineo just do not reply to me at all, via e-mail and what app. I don't understand how such a big company can give such pathetic service and get away with it
