Fast delivery, great communication plus I got a little gift with my order. I ordered my food on Monday it was delivered on Tuesday. Great 1st time experience
I have 2 orders that i have requested feedback on the returns - you either get no feedback or you are promised to get someone to investigate but no avail. My parcel was collected and i have had no feedback on the status of the product and my return.
Firstly, to get any after support is like pulling teeth from a dog, there is Noone to take calls and emailing the contact centre just offers no feedback. Good day Takealot I was informed about delivery on the same day at 13.38. I was not at home and asked the driver to come back however, the driver refused to come back. Now my order was cancelled noting that i refused delivery. Also, when i emailed the contacted centre they quoted that multiple attempts were made, however, cannot provide any evidence that this. I have my evidence of the sms being sent and when it was sent. Now the promotional items are no longer available and they refused to reinstate my order. Order: 148071944
On numerous occasions, I have requested that my contract be sent to me, I am yet to receive it. I had also requested to get my contract cancelled, knowing that I have 7 months left and Cartrack insist I pay R2650 to cancel, despite only having 7 months left. I have now been told that because I requested for a downgrade, I effectively started a new contract and therefore have a new 36 month contract. It's day light ******* and I'm so disappointed that such a company would have such tactics to make money.
This is the worst service provider ever! Billed incorrectly, I have tried to call, I have put queries on the system- there is nobody that answers calls after waiting 30 minutes per call and Noone responds to queries. The most awful service on the planet. Please please please don't make the mistake of getting mweb.
At first i thought i had been scammed as the website has no number to contact them directly - only an email address. I also checked for them on facebook and found a post where someone also thought that they had been scammed. I emailed the email address on my invoice and got a reply within minutes with a tracking number. I must say that delivery was fast and i got my product as specified - packaged well.
I had ordered a soccer jersery from (Basewear) https://basewear.myshopify.com. I had received confirmation of my order from them and done payment via PayFast. I have since tried to contact the company to find out when my order will be delivered, i have no response from them. I have tried to call, email and send whatsapps, my messages are ignored and so are my calls. Please do not trust these people, please do not purchase anything from this site, the site is a scammer. Shame on you.
I have purchased a mattress in 2018 from the Mattress King, a Sealy Cortez King XL. I had paid R24000 for this mattress. After one year, we had noticed how this mattress has started to sink on the sides that we sleep on slightly but continued rotating this mattress. We had now raised the mattress issue with Sealy and we are told that we need to pay an extra R6000 to get a replacement. I am disgusted!!!! I invested so much so that i can get a good quality mattress, now Seally has the nerve to demand R 6000- so in total, i need to pay out R30000 for this mattress. I am terribly disappointed in this mattress and the company, i wanted to invest in a Simmons, but the Sales consultant advised me to rather go for Sealy. I am so sorely disappointed
I recently put in a claim for a TV that i had damaged through moving and i would like to thank both iWyze and Johnson Molema for the amazing service. This is my second claim with my insurer since inception and both claims have been dealt with, with such professionalism, friendliness and timely communication. Thank you Johnson for going the extra mile and looking for so many quotes and calling back whenever i called in to the contact centre. i honestly felt like i had a dedicated consultant assisgned to my policy.
I have had the most awful experience with a brand that I really did trust for my baby girl. I would never suggest these bottles to anyone, the way Dr Brown's South Africa treats the consumer is horrendous. 1) The bottles leak- when contacting the support team, they dont offer support, they give one line answers and are not polite. 2) They have recently released a new bottle, with supplies such as the teats for the old bottles being discontinued. There has been no communication or awareness created around the new bottle and remedy to assist mums who have the old bottle. Only some babycity's have stock of the converter-and they cannot tell u which ones they are. If u buy online, they expect you to pay for a convertor at R80 per bottle plus delivery fee. 3) Their support team, support@drbrowns.co.za, offers no support. Their facebook team told me to contact them, and again, they offer no help. They dont even greet a person politely over email. 4) There is no stock of the new bottle, I have checked takealot, babyrus and dischem. In each dischem, I can only find 1 box of pink bottles. I have tried online as well. I am a mother of two babies and every day I am struggling to get the bottle. Contacting their facebook and email does not help. Their own online stores dont stock new bottles. 5) They have not removed the old bottles from shops, so mothers will still be deceived to buy these bottles and face the same problem I am facing. Clearly this brand does not care about the consumer. Honestly I am gatvol, I deeply regret going back to this bottle.
