After numerous amounts of e-mails (2 months long) to FNB KYC - with my personal documents requested by them attached - to FICA my FNB Bank Account and numerous online complaints, FNB still haven't verified my Bank Account and want to block my bank account now. I cannot visit my nearest FNB Branch or phone FNB because I am working away in Australia since Dec'2022, which I have told them before. My physical address is thus an Australian address I supp****, untill April 2028 when my Work Visa expire for Australia and I return to South Africa, although I am also still a Citizen & Permanent Resident of South Africa. If FNB block my Bank Account for payments, I will not be able to pay my Isuzu on finance at Wesbank which would cause huge problems. I hope that Hellopeter can assist me with regards to this matter because I cannot find a solution.
Terrible Courier Company!!! The Klerksdorp depot was supposed to deliver my package yesterday. I wasn't home yesterday when the Courier guy - Guide Jakwe - arrived, I was busy collecting the kids from their schools. The Courier said he would come again today, but I arranged that he didn't come between 12 & 2pm because then I'm on my way to the schools to collect the kids. He said he would come after 2. At 12:58 he phoned me and said he is at my house, when I told him but that wasn't the arrangement, he should come back after 2 when I'm home, he was rude and said he is not coming back to that area of Potchefstroom because he is on the other side of Potchefstroom already. I contacted Klerksdorp depot and reported him to the Manager, Sophie, who promised to sort it out and promised that my package would still be delivered by day end, but the package never arrived!!!! Now I got an e-mail that says my package will be returned to the sender because I wasn't home for delivery. Ridiculous!!!!!
On 08 November 2023 I submitted a Mimotor Combo Claim to Miway Insurance for chip marks and paint that came off my car front and sides after driving behind a truck with sand and small stone on that had NO tarpaulin cover over the content. The incident happened on the N12 from Potchefstroom towards Johannesburg on the 28 October 2023. I could barely see in front of me with the sand and was alone in the car and could not take the Registration no. of the truck. On 09 November a link was set via Whatsapp to me to submit claim evidence photos. I was not near my car then, I told the Consultant, I was out of town on the 9th (with my other vehicle) when I got the Whatsapp - I was at a Wedding that took place on 10 November in Parys. When I got home on the 12th to take pictures and submit to Miway, the link had already expired. Since Monday 13 November I contacted Miway and asked for a new Whatsapp link and got no reply. On Wednesday 15 November I got a Rejection of Claim letter from Miway because I did not submit evidence for the Claim. I put in a dispute & yesterday I got a letter from Oratile Seabe saying sorry my claim was rejected. Now I don't understand why an Assessor was not sent for Inspection of the vehicle and how Miway can reject my claim without even receiving photos. I will take this matter further with the Ombudsman because I've been a customer of Miway for the past 3+ years and have never submitted a claim & have never been in an accident.
Excellent promp response & service from Kovilan Nagia!! Give that person a salary increase!!!
Good day, I won the Free 4 week Course through Vodacom which I completed. I was then reminded by Shaw to upgrade to be able to finish this Diploma. The Shaw adverti*****t said it is R166.58 p/m so I thought that is not too bad, I will be able to afford this during Covid 19 lockdown. I put in my Debit Card details for the monthly debit of R166.58 and it took the whole R1999 from my Bank Account yesterday which I cannot afford because I'm not working now and don't get a salary. The Shaw adverti*****t is misleading. It took all my food money for the month to follow. It also took R399 from my account for a e-certificate which I did not request!!! When I phone the Shaw Academy Tel. No. which I got on the Cancellation Webpage it says the office is closed during Lockdown. How can I cancel this with immediate effect and get my money back which was deducted from my Bank Account (R2398)? Please assist as this is urgent!!!! Kind Regards. My husband, Johan Rheeder, made an offer on a VW Polo TSI. The offer has been accepted on 29/03/19 - he received an e-mail stating the offer was accepted by the owner - TeesO. Until this day the owner has not made contact to arrange viewing however my husband send him a personal message on Need a Car after a week asking when he can come and view the car. I sent a couple of e-mails to Need a Car asking them what their policy is on time frame for the owner to make contact. They just reply back that we must wait for the owner to make contact and that there's no policy on time frame given to the owner. How can they not have a time frame for the owner to make contact? So what they are telling me is that the owner can contact my husband after a year to come and view the car? I think this is a real scam and should be investigated as Need a Car is too useless to do it.
Good day, My husband, Johan Rheeder, applied for a loan on the Direct Axis webpage. The following consultant, ADAMS PETERSON (Mr) (Loan Manager Tel: + ********** 1786 Direct Axis Financial Services 108 De Waal Rd, Southfield, Diep River, 7800 Cape Town. Reg. No.: 1995/006077) sent my husband a Loan offer after 2 days of application and even contacted him yesterday to tell him his Loan is approved for R30 000 but he must sign the Loan offer letter. There is a once off Credit Life Insurance charge of: R1799.90. Can you please tell me what this large charge is for to qualify for a loan? Isn't the Credit Life Insurance an amount worked into your monthly repayment? I cannot post my husband's queries and Loan offer letter to Direct Axis's fraud investigation page: fraudqueries@ directaxis.co.za, it doesn't allow me to, it return the mails.

On 23 Jun. 2016 I went to Nedbank Phalaborwa Enquiries and requested a 3 month bank statement. The cashier gave it to me. The following morning fees of R13 x 33 = R429 for this bank statement went off my bank account. Monday 27 Jun. I went in to enquire about this. The cashier at Enquiries told me that it was a mistake and one that only the Bank Manager can correct and credit. He was not in at that moment ans she told me he will phone me as soon as he is in and correct this. He never did. I phoned a couple of times (different days) afterwards, but he was not available. I didn't have a vehicle at that time and could not go back to the bank again. This is very poor service from Phalaborwa Nedbank and I want this charge corrected and credited as soon as possible, otherwise I will have no other choice than to change bank.

In the middle of Jan. 2014 I signed a 1 year Gym contract with The Fitness Factory in Kathu - Northern Cape. I paid the pro-rata amount for Jan'14 + the membership fee for Feb'14 in cash. The end of Feb'14 my membership went off my bank via debit order (R220). My membership expired Jan. 2015 already, however a membership fee of R220 went off my bank again end of Jan'15 + end of Feb'15 and an amount of R250 for end Mar'15. I did spoke to the receptionist in Jan'15 and she said that my contract will expire automatically + the debit order stopped by them. I sent them numerous e-mails from Feb. on their website but didn't get any reply. I phoned them 30 March again and the receptionist told me that I must give a month notice to stop my contract (which I think is illegal because I signed a 1 year contract only with no such terms as notice!!). She said the premium increased to R250 from end Mar. I want my money back because this is breach of contract. I cannot stop the debit order at my bank, Nedbank told me that Fitness Factory must cancel it. What am I to do?
