Kindly assist with an explanation for the debit of R1140 as my premiums are R280 and I was now on Month to month contract. I did not authorize any amount beyond my premiums to be deducted. At this stage I am disappointed with virgin active to be deducting so much without my concent. I would like to get my money back and cancel my month to month contract as I have not renewed or agreed to renew my contract. Then I got a call from one of their agents saying that they got an instruction from vitality to debit R 1140 from my account but can't explain why. They said that corporate will be in touch 2-3 days but still waiting.
Good morning. I have a debit that went off as pr message below from my bank: FNB:-) R3937.18 paid from Fusion Private a/c..499992 @ Eft. Ref.Absa-motor6537166814. 27Jan 00:00. I don't know what this amount if for and i logged a claim as my car was involved in an accident on 12 January 23 and nothing has been done since. I am really disappointed and want to fix my car moving forward get my premiums back and get a new insurer since this has brought so much inconvenience for me. Kindly assist as I am now planning to bring this matter to the ombudsman.
While I was waiting to place my order at the drive through another driver out of no where cut the que in front of my car. When I confronted him he was rude with no apology. I then told one of the staff members who reported to her supervisor. The supervisor condoned his behavior and took his order. The drivers behind me were also irritated because the que was long due to COVID 19 lock down regulations. I felt like the service at McDonald's Berea have preferences when it comes to gender. I was very upset and disappointed with the supervisor on duty.
Miss Singh the marketing manager was able to assist with the shoes size I needed from head office. The store staff could not help me. But she had the shoes cried from Pietermaritzbugh to West wood and kept in touch with me the whole time. I would like to applaud her for good customer service. Thank you
I downloaded the Mugg and bean app and on the app I quilified for a free hot beverage only to find when I got to the restaurant that the app is not functional which to me appears as false advertising. I asked for the manager to sort it out and he explained that its a head office problem and have launched numerous complaints as customer service is impaired. Fortunately after a long conversation about customer service I was sorted out. I was not happy about the service.
I was handed over to SSDA by Discovery health medical aid after we had discussed a payment plan and with only one Mont left to ay R1000. Then for unknown reasons I was handed over to SSDA and the payment had now increase by R400. I contacted Discovery no one had an explanation for handing me over. However paid the R1400 over 2 months. R 1000 IN July and R400 in August 2020. According to the recorded call that was the amount to settle but now I'm getting messages that I'm In arrears still. This makes no sense.

Hi I had an account with MTN which was handed over to MBD inc when I lost my job. I paid the outstanding balance by September 2017 and requested a proof or a paid up letter in October 2017 which I never received. A few days a go I received a call from a debt collecting agency regarding the same MTN account which I had already paid up. I then explained my story and they requested proof in a form of a paid up letter from MBD. I called MBD offices on Monday I explained my story and the lady I spoke to confirmed that my account had been paid up when I requested a paid up letter she hung up. I called again the gentlemen I spoke didn't ask for any of my details but assured me that I will receive a sms from them and an email with the letter in question. Today I have been calling all morning and no answer. I am worried about my credit status at the moment if MTM continues to see me a debtor to them.
