Incompetent, never update what is happening. You signed the agreement but is not followed. You don't receive any rentals for months and no one is updating you of what is happening, not even the agent you dealing with. You complain still you not satisfied with the feedback.
The hospital postpone the elders eyes surgery till they can't see completely. If the people are referred by the doctor why the surgery should be postponed 3 to 4 times before they can be attended. This is really bad service, worse my mother was told to stay in bed since she can't even watch TV. Is not like they don't have enough labour to perform the surgery.
I just press a one star to be able to type my complain. After sitting at the police station they told me I'm going to the cells and I refused because a single out police man told me that I'm going to sleep in the cells till Tuesday. I now refuse to say anything because they don't even want to listen. So I'm still sitting here they refusing for the the lawyer to even talk to me.
The treatment from two police officers from Linden police station. They came to the complex to hear the complain instead they believe the person who call them and never listen to us. Instead they wanted to arrest me for assult and they refused to listen to what I have say. One of the police push me and said I I have an attitude. They refuse for me me to go to the police station to make a statement. I took pictures of the police officer who was pushing me around. When I get to the police station to make a statement they said I was under arrest. And they wanted to take my belongings which I refused. I have been sitting here since
I have being placing large orders at KFC Lambton for the past 2 weeks. On Thursday 25th October, Events KFC Lambton manager refused to take my order and advise that before placing an order i need to come and pay first then go back to the office to confirm my order. I find it very difficult to first pay before placing an order. He mentioned that their procedure changed for placing order, but what amazed me is that from the 15th October i have placed large orders and the driver collect and pay and all of a sudden the procedure changed. My question was why would the fast food restaurant have contact details on the website to place orders and never mentioned anything about making a payment before placing an order. He further mentioned that i can report his feedback to Hello Peter and that i can order from any other restaurants if i am not happy with their procedure. What kind of fast food is that?

<p>We brought in our uncle who is very sick & do appreciate the little help but while the Dr was busy with our uncle we were told to go out & wait for our uncle at the waiting area. We waited for about 2hrs & my mother decided to go & check how is our uncle doing. On her return my mother was furious as she was told that our uncle was discharged & we must go find him ourselves where else we were told that they will let us know once the doctors are done with him. We split up looking for my uncle in the hospital, without any assistance from even the security. I do believe everything that people are saying about public hospital. We go out there & vote for better services but we receive nothing but the opposite. When the mister of health speaks on TV he is telling us about the better services in public hospital, for what for out votes, stop lying to us & do something about our tax money.</p>
<p>On the 29th September I drop off my phone at Samsung for repair, since I drop the phone no one contacted me to inform me of how are they with my phone. They mentioned that I will get my phone in three weeks time but I took my own initiative & went to check my phone on the 02nd October only to be informed that my phone is not yet ready & that I need to collect the phone on Thursday 03rd October. I went on the 04th October still my phone is not ready, no one from Samsung had the decency to contact me as a customer to inform me that my phone is not ready. I drove twice to the store but still no phone, they don't even tell me how long am I going to wait for my phone. I'm really not happy with the service not at all quite disappointed.</p>
We came to collect the cheque for the money we have been saving which we did put notice got in January 2016. Our collection date was 17 February 2016 and we only collecting today which is 20 February 3016. We were told that the cheques are not prepared anymore and that we need to que for the cheque to be prepared for us, which we don't have a problem with. We have been in the queue from 10:00am & some ladies have been here from 09:00am and some left without collecting their money. The customer service is very very bad in standard bank only 4 people to assist customers.
We waited for service at Clicks Carnival Mall Pharmacy for over 2hrs and even left without being assisted. We ask a couple of workers to please assist but the respond was they not working in the pharmacy. Some of the customers even complaint on our behalf but nothing changed. We left the pharmacy without medications & went to another service provider.
