Takealot has turned into a nightmare shopping experience. I selected all the goods I want to buy and then I cannot complete the payment. There is enough funds available but the payment system just does not work. Then you call Takealot support at 19h00 and you get a message that they are there to help till 22h00 but unfortunately there is no human available and zero support. A real nightmare online shopping experience.
The website of Superswift (https://app.superswift.co.za/ ) does not work 100% I experienced this problem: 1.1. My payment failed because of a lack of funds in the account that I selected to make the payment for the transfer. 1.2. I transfered enough money to make the payment 1.3. I then tried to complete the transaction electronically. 1.4 There is no means to complete the payment electronically. 1.5. I want to cancel the transaction and create a new one. 1.6. I am not allowed to do that. I wish and hope that SuperSwift can iron out this problem to give me a much better user experience.
I want to unsubscribe from KomOnsKliek via News24 and I am unable to do so. The website does not give me the option to unsubscribe. So take note that you cannot unsubscribe.
Since Shoprite moved their financial money transfer system to the new platform, I just experienced headaches. The old system worked. The new one does not. I have logged numerous calls and getting nowhere. Got some empty promises. But nothing more than that. The switchover was a headache to me. Using the new website is a headache to me because it does not work 100% of the time. Transfering money is a headache because I just get a message: "Quote failed". Logging a call does not work, because my problem is still not solved. The new system can be summed up in 4 words: "IT DOES NOT WORK"
I have given more than 30 days notice to terminate my lease agreement and left the flat in a good condition on 31 March 2021, but Groenkloof Property Administrators is just "refusing" to refund my deposit. They said they would refund me, but they just don't do it. What can I do to get my deposit refunded to me?
I have a big problem with the delivery of my order 2007599965 . The appointment was set for 09h00 on 18 Dec 2020. I took a day's leave to accomplish the delivery and installation. For the rest of the day I planned different stuff. I called 08h07, 10h21, 12h15, 13h54 and 14h37 At the 10h21 call, I was told the delivery is on its way and will be soon at my door. What a big lie !!!! The other problem is that on 3 occasions I was promised that somebody would call back with feedback. Nobody called. I am extremely unhappy with the way Builders Warehouse handled me as a customer and lied to me the whole day. How are you going to fix this mess?
I want to cancel my debit order and Telkom refuses to do so. That is really poor customer service. Why?
I am disgusted with my new Mweb Fibre contract. I was under the impression I was upgrading from 8 Mbps uncapped ADSL to 10Mbps uncapped Fibre but it turns out I downgraded. Nowhere in the contract it stipulated that I would be throttled at 170 GB. Whereas with my 8Mbps ADSL it was only at 300GB. And I was very, very seldom throttled. Now I am being throttled every 3rd or 4th day. So, for anybody considering Mweb Fibre - I just have one word : Don't.
I was quoted R82-00 for an Uber trip and after using it I was suddenly charged R125.87 I took up the issue with Uber and logged a query on their website but got no response. The worst is that Uber as a company didn't even responded.
I have received exceptional good service from Tavin helping me solve my issue.
