In Feb 2025 my husband was admitted to Rosepark Bloemfontein for knee surgery. This was not a planned surgery, he was walking and somthing snapped. He went to the ER was admitted, operated went home. I am the primary medical aid member. According to me everything was paid as it should be as my medical aid covers 100% hospital. Nearly 1 year later my husband is now being harrassed by a lawyer for money outstanding, nearly R5000. NOT once did I, primary member of the medical aid, get and sms, phonecall or email to say that money is outstanding in 12 months. The lawyer has now contacted my husband with regards to the "outstanding" amount but he is not responsible for the account. So last week I phoned Rosepark accounts and spoke to Eunice. Eunice doesnt know what is going on. So she mailed Yoliswas Selana and Thando Sihlali. I have had no feedback from any of them. When I look at the claim on my medical aid it said that the rate was adjusted and that the medical aid paid the amount due, so I accepted that this was paid in full. Can someone please get back to me regarding this urgently as I have a lawyer up my ass now. Dear TSL Legal, Please, please stop harassing me. Please update your records. I have been paying off this FNB account since the end of last year. Not with you but with a different lawyer. You are threatening me with section 129 for something that I have been paying for months. Please take me off your call list, mailing list, section 129 list and any other list. I am paying this account.
Please, please update your so called "records". You have been harrassing me to make an arrangment with you for my FNB loan. You have told me to make payment within 48hours. Your sent email looks like a **** mail, it might be, I dont know. Your records are NOT up to date as I HAVE been making payments on my FNB account since last year, just not to your company. Our business is currently down paying 3 cars with Wesbank. We fell behind on payment due to the economic mess everyone is currently experiencing. We arranged to make a bigger monthly payment in Dec 2021 when Wesbank called us. SInce Jan 2022 we have been paying extra in order to catch up on the arrears. I have received a mail from a woman insisting that Wesbank wants all the arrears money NOW, by tomorrow or they will send for our cars to be taken. She is unwilling to make any arrangements and Wesbank just says there is no arrangement, yet I have been paying extra since Jan. Keep in mind this is not luxury cars, this is cars used in our business that are already struggling. Is Wesbank not open to arrangements? Why are we being bullied when I am putting in effort from my side to pay you as arranged? Please contact me as I would like to make an arrangement if Wesbank is willing, if not please confirm this, otherwise I will have to make contact with the Ombudsman.
Ive been struggling to use my Capitec Bank card to pay for my advertising on Facebook for weeks now. I sent a mail to the clientcare email. Recieved a response from Nonela Ndabula informing me that Facebook is a blacklisted merchant on their side. I advertise my business on Facebook. This is my main way of advertising. I replied asking if Capitec could remove this on my card as I WANT to pay Facebook. I have had no response for a week. Can someone please assist with this? YOU are my bank and I should be able to use my card and money for WHATEVER I please. My FB account has now been suspended and I am losing business.
I am being harassed by Lancet for payment. Payment for fake test results. TWICE in one year my 22 month old son was tested positive for Covid. (He was only tested because he need another procedure). Both times I had him retested. The first time he tested positive, I had him tested again because I refused to believe he was positive. 5 Hours later he tested NEGATIVE. Second time he tested positive, I had him retested, the next morning he tested NEGATIVE. What BULL**** show are you running? You expect me to pay R1700 for these lies??? I have mailed your useless call center 3 times, no response. YOU SEND ME SMS IN CAPITAL LETTERS. APPARENTLY MY ACCOUNT IS NOW OVERDUE. I refuse to pay for these tests. I will escalate this to your CEO, a medical board or ombudsman, who ever, I do not care, if this money is not taken off my name. Your pathologist had the audacity to tell me: Well, sometimes we swob the covid bacteria and sometimes we miss it. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TEST THEN???? It is now nearly a week later. Stil no prepaid account, still no feedback on my previous Hello Peter complaint. Stil no service. Our business is losing money. Vodacom does not care. CEO Shameel Joosub you will be receiving a mail shortly.
We asked for out business contracts to be put on the prepaid option. We have now waited for 2 days,spoken to 4 different people. We are still without any service to phone out. Our contracts have come to an end and we have made arrangements for the outstanding. This is still business phones. Every time we are told there was an error...another 24 hours. ...another 24 hours...My business has been damaged for 2 days now because someone does not know how to put our numbers on prepaid and they do not give a **** about the money we are losing or the ****ed of clients that we cannot phone back. We are struggling as it is with what happend over the last 18 months in the world. Someone please sort this out,I do not want to wait "another 24 hours."
Good day, I would like to bring a problem I have been struggling with for almost 2 weeks to your attention. I kindly ask that you assist with this. On the 27th of February 2021 the amount of R35000 was wrongfully paid into our overdraft account by J******** A*******. Our business have been struggling for the last year and our overdraft account has been closed, we have made arrangements to pay back the account. The business who wrongfully paid the money into our account has requested to have their money returned. I have spoken and mailed our banker, Louis Fourie at the main Bloemfontein branch multiple times. There was a lot of confusion and I have explained that the money does not belong to me, for this reason the money cannot be used for payment of my debt. The money needs to be paid back to J******** A*******. Standard Bank offered to pay half the money back into my savings account. I declined as this is not my money. Standard bank then requested a letter from J******** A******* in order to pay the money back to them. The finance lady working at J****** A******* wrote a letter asking them to please pay the money back into their account. Now Standard bank has advised that J******* A******* should recall the money on their side and then the possibility exists that they may not receive their money at all. Lastly, I was advised by Standard Bank that I should make an arrangement with J******** J*******to repay the money to them as it has been used to pay my debt! I cannot possibly do this. I have been insulted and embarrassed these last couple of days. First of all because I have had to explain my financial situation (the overdraft) to a stranger in order to try and explain my situation. I have had to ask them to please write a letter and now Standard Bank expects me to basically make a loan with J********* A******* in order for me to repay the money to them. The money paid into that account does not belong to me or Standard Bank. Please assist in returning the money to J******* A******* where it belongs.
