Good day We have ordered 5 different colours scrubs, and paid a lot of money, but the quality of the scrubs are not good. Its torn on the sides and in between the legs. We are 12 colleagues and different shapes and size, so it was not cheap to order this. Please work on the quality of your material? Thank you
Why are the staff working with bare hands, when preparing the food? I love visited the Plattekloof branch and saw how the staff member prepared the food, without gloves. Apparently that is the McDonalds rule. I cancelled my order. How can you do that, while there are so many germs out there? I'm done with McDonald's!!
This is not the first time that I buy old stiff chicken. Life is so expensive and hard, please have respect for our heard earned money. R300 in the drain. I've bought so many times at this shop, and I know they are able to sell fresh chicken. But every now and then like today, it's a disaste
Good day I've visited your branch in Pinelands, for the first time today. . What a disappointment !!! My husband had an all star box, with the tiniest burger in it. I've order a zinger burger meal, but the zinger had no taste and the salad with tomato was not fresh. Never been so sad over my R200, that has landed in the water. Won't be back ever. I hope this review will force them to upgrade the service. From a KFC person, who eats it weekly, at different branches.
Poor customer assistance . I have been trying to close my cheque account for the last month, without any luck. Fnb doesn't want to assist me, because there were still service providers that had to take money. I've asked for assistance with my debit orders, but nothing. Now out of the blue, I owe them almost R4000. How does this work. I don't even have that much debit orders. This is daylight *******. I'm so disappointed in the bank that I've done business with for so long. Don't know what to do...
I am very disappointed. Everytime when I come to Standard bank, N1 City branch, then there is only 1 teller. We are in a long queue, on a Saturday morning. This happens when I visit the branch during the week as well. Please give better service!!!
My husband has a cheque account, with FNB. He lost his job for four months, which was communicated with them. The debit orders couldn't go off, so there was a substantial amount that we had to pay off, in order to get it to R0. They initially said he can close the account, but the account is still open, and service fees are rising again. He urgently needs assistance please.
Why are debt collectors calling me, but I'm paying my account?????
