I bought a vehicle on the 20th of December 2024 with Limpopo registration at your Silverlakes Store in Gauteng. To date i have not received proof of registration into my name and also have not received my new GP number plates with license disk which i paid for to be done. Kindly note i will escalate this matter to Standardbank for the Finance division as well as I can not pay for a vehicle still not on my name. Details of the vehicle I bought: 2018 Toyota Fortuner 2.8 GD6 Ref/ stock # B96B10801 I would appreciate your attention to this matter.
Account # 85314645104 has reference on the 17th of December my debit order went off for my monthly installment. on the 18th of December my settlement quote included my monthly installment to be paid on the 25th . on the 20th of December We Buy Cars settled the vehicle. Since then for 1 week everyday I've been phoning Wesbank for my refund of my monthly installment for Dec. Yet no refund paid as yet.
After a week and a half to get my online product from Makro they indicated it's with the courier. the Courier Guy send me a sms this morning with his name, Mpho and with reference number MML755222. upon the actual delivery, the driver took back the Parcel and said its the wrong parcel. on your tracker it shows delivered. this is ***** and theft. i need my parcel.
On the 10th of December I have online ordered two items. 1 x Gazebo and the other a Notebook. the Gazebo was delivered separately on its own on the 18th of December. the notebook is still not delivered to date, yet they make promises of delivering within 5 working days. ref # MAK5733011. I have contacted their customer care line twice over two days and still no progress made.
I've ordered a short for overseas visitor and Ols Scholl (the company providing the shirt) let me pay extra to have the short delivered 24-48 hours window. Aramex is the courier they used and they send me a tracking number. needless to say Aramex's reputation was not meeting my expectation. 48 hours later, still no parcel (order tracking ODS 14841). Thanks to Aramex incompetence to deliver as paid for (within 24-48 hours), my friends goes back overseas without the purchase.
I have ordered 5 items on Monday 14 August 2023. All of which indicated available in JHB and next day delivery . All to the value of R1023 and selected free delivery. When i followed up tonight online my delivery was dispatched today only and send to courier in cape town. My adress is for Gauteng. Order no #134394227
I bought a prepaid MIFI on Sunday 23 July online. I received emails from MTN confirming delivery will be through DSV. DSV contacted me to confirm the address for delivery. they did not deliver. when i contacted them the call centre agent indicated they Returned the product to MTN. I immediately phoned MTN on 0831233667 and after 8 minutes of holding for any operator they started sending me from one to the other department. after 48 minutes I eventually was cut off by them. is this customer service? I've already paid for the product yet no one came to back to me with any options - refund or alternative products.
No customer service. No sales rep to assist in Mulimedia dept. Cashiers send customers from till to till but no one assist.
My order # 99922539 has reference I've order 3 items which was indicated to have available in JHB as I know when ordering not available in JHB it takes longer as I'm staying 10 km from their JHB warehouse. They also advertise the rule of if spending R450 or more, the delivery will be free of charge. this specific order is valued at R2,923 and they still requested R200 additional for delivery? Why? I've ordered more than R450 as per their own policy??? Also they committed on the app when ordered delivery will be on the 29th of Dec (ordered on the 26 Dec) - also indicated and committed to on their invoice that delivery will be on the 29th, yet this morning they changed it to the 30th of Dec? surely they have my details and can phone me or inform me when they change the delivery dates? so I pay additional delivery charge which is against their advertising and also they neglect to inform a customer that their deliveries will be delayed.
In January I received a call from Cell C customer centre offering a contract. I indicated I will revert back to them. not accepting. the next day they called again and informed me the phone will be delivered. why? i didn't accept. I received the phone and called them to take back the phone unopened as I don't want the contract. they send RAM couriers to collect the phone and waybill number RW20113341 is my proof. yet for past 2 months they deduct from my bank account. I've been send from pillar to post but it seems incompetent teams at Cell C and no one can actually help me stop this contract I didn't accept. account number as per them is 356042521. can I please have a senior manager from cell c contacting me.
