Pathetic customer service, received a broken lamp. No response to emails and calls. When they picked up their fone after I have been trying to call them. A lady by the name of Marianna picked up the fone and was very dismissive. She only said we will get back to you, up until today I am sitting with a broken lamp that I paid for.
I placed an order with Forever new mid July and it never reached me.When I track it I see it was delivered to someone else. I've been trying to get hold of them they phone lines are not being picked up..no response on emails.
Bought a smeg kettle at Hirsch,no delivery has been made till no updates in their webstite,no sms updates nothing.When you ask their online agents all they tell you is "Unit is with couriers" they have no futher update.Today was the 3rd time contacting them.They gave me a tracking number for the courier they used.When I tracked the parcel it was last updated on the 6th Dec.
I ordered barstools from Cielo 2 weeks ago,all 4 were broken..nobody called to ask about my delivery..today I decided to contact them and they are not aware of this issue...All I want is my my money.I am not buying from you again.
What is happening at DSV??this is the 2nd time they returning my parcel back to VW Finance.When I track my parcel I see a comment that says" Delivery Failed - Receiver not available for Final delivery" nObody called about this delivery.I work from I am always at home.Why are your drivers lying.These are very important documents please deliver them ASAP.
I have been very patient with VW Finance they are playing tricks with me not sending my documents when i finished paying my car beginning of Aug. They first wanted to do the transfer of ownership themselves and I refused. I asked them to send my documents to me I will do it myself..they told me to wait 10 days,on the 10th day they told me they tried to deliver..in which address because I work from home.I am always at home there was no delivery at my house from them.I am taking this further i am tired of them.
Medshield is a very useless medical aid that has an outdated list of GPs in their website saying they are Network and that is a lie.Do not believe what is listed in their website its misleading people.I called 5 GPs randomly in that website and all 5 were no longer under their networks.Why do you have an outdated list on your website??who is suppose to update it if its not you????

Hi there I am getting no joy in ur company,i paid for my parcel to be picked up on Monday at 10h00 in the morning.I have been calling and none knows when my parcel will e picked up by the drivers.Sad part is I am doing business and my customers are furious.If I didn't pay my money I would use other couriers.Nobody has straight answers for me ALL i get is operations managers are not at their desks.I need my money back so that i can use other couriers.First time using these guys and the service is pathetic...
can you please sort out this **** that you just did with my Sanlam account that was paid up in February 2020 through VVM.I have been harrassed by Vericredit saying i owe Sanlam Durect axis money.Why are you so greedy??why are you selling our paid up accounts to greedy debt collectors?why are you tarnishing our names after being good customers to you.I have been harrassed with calls and sms by Vericredit..sort out this ****en **** SANLAM AND DIRECT AXIS.
