It has now been more than a week since I logged a claim and struggling to get assistance from standard bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 communication 0 effort 0 accountability pathetic
Terrible service. Send by vacuum back under warranty. After a month they could not even give me an update on what is wrong with it. Waited 6 weeks before I told them to send the vacuum back to me, I will send it to someone else to fix it. It has now been two weeks and they cannot provide me with a tracking number or tell me where my vacuum cleaner is.
Had an emergency with a pump failing and Jonathan went out of his way to help me out before the weekend.
Terrible service and communication. I was told the process takes 4-6 weeks and we are over 10 weeks now. Everytime I phone or email I get a response that they are waiting for the ROT to be signed. If I ask what is the holdup or how long it is going to take, they cannot answer me. For the last 5 weeks, they have been waiting for the ROT to be signed. No way to escalate it or giving me a proper answer. Pathetic....
Placed an order with them. After a week, the status is still "Processing" and they don't reply to emails or phone calls. Pathetic. Stay away
I would just like to thank the courier guy for their excellent service. Other companies are using covid-19 as an excuse for poor service. but courier guy keeps their top-notch service. Keep up the good work guys
In September I renewed both my vehicle licenses through the Webbank Driva Protect. I send though the documents as requested and they took my money. That is the last I heard from them. My license has now already expired and even the grace period is now almost over. So who is going to liable for the fine? They don't even answer if you phone and if you email the only reply you get is the same - your license renewal is in progress. I want my money back!!!!
I bought a dishwasher in December and received a buy&get reward stating that I will receive an x amount of vouchers for Mr Delivery for the next year. Everything was fine until this month where I received a message telling me that the campaign has ended. I tried to phone Samsung, but no one is answering. I am giving Samsung another 48 hours to reply before I take this further. Completely unacceptable and will never buy Samsung again
Terrible customer service. Applied for COVID-19 payment relief. Completed all the steps and received my amended contract, yet the debit orders went through. Trying to give hold of someone who can help seems impossible. This will be the last time I finance a vehicle through them.
