Attention: Caron Duvenhage Hi Caron This is the worst service that I have received from anybody in my entire life!! I bumped my car 29 August 2022, took my car to the panelbeater who ordered a NEW rear fascia bumper from Mahindra, 4 arrived all bent, scratched etc. Senthil even offered me discount on one of the damaged fascia’s!! My car is not a discount car, I need a new one NOW. Your people tell me that they have no ETA, how is that possible?? You are not closing down, the workshop is working. I need them to make one for me in India and send by plane. You can do this very quickly if you want to, and If you cannot, WHY NOT??? Rajesh has not answered my mails, but at least he got somebody every time to contact me. Nicolene, Senthil etc just say – “we do not know when”. I want you personally or Rajesh to contact me and tell me I will have my fascia in 10 days time or whenever. Till today 12 October 2022 it is now 6 weeks later and you still have no idea when I will get my bumper!!! This is a disgrace!!! Please contact me soon. I have phoned you now for two weeks, but they keep you away from me with reasons: “not at work”, in a meeting, not available, etc” My personal cellphone: per submission – please phone and mail me ASAP. I will have to send this mail to Helopeter, consumer council and who-ever will listen but I am still looking for the email and tel. numbers for these people. I would however rather sort this out with you, even if you take a fascia off a new car for now. Please advice urgently!!
This is really one of the worst courier companies ever. Two of my parcels are supposed to be delivered but nothing. For one I am waiting 3 days and the other 1 never showed up. I am going to recommend Herbalife and Retail Box not to use you. I really hope I get my parcel because we cannot afford to get anything lost.
I logged a query regarding vodacom not explaining their terms and conditions regarding their telephone upgrades. They did reverse my contract as I requ, but now my phone still can only upgrade in 2022. Vodacom, I have raised this. Is this the only place you give attention to our problems?
My cousin, DA van Heerden bought a "Ford eco sport" from Klerksdorp motors in September 2020. The car was presented and sold as a 2018 model. In the contract, the car was listed as a 2017 model. Klerksdorp Motors then admitted the car was a 2017 model and paid a sum of R5000 in his bank account for their mistake. DA van Heerden later personalized his number plates. The traffic department said that according to the natis documentation, the car is a 2014 model. DA van Heerden then contacted Klerksdorp Motors and they mentioned that they bought the car from Tannous Motors in Orkney. Mr Tannous said he will give us feedback but since then, he is not making contact even when we tried to reach out to him. As per the Consumers act DA van Heerden needs to be protected by this miss representation. We do have all the proof and evidence to support out claims. Please contact us.

In October a lady from vodacom phoned me, and said she can give my current airtime for free. I initially wanted to upgrade with a better package. She said I could get my contract for a bit cheaper. She did not explain that would be for two years. You trust Vodacom to look after their customers and not trick them like this lady did. On 15 Dec I questioned the contract and got a reference number 1-34864478237420. I got an sms that says the issue was closed on 16 December. The consultant on 15 December was so kind to log a call for me. He also said that it is over a month and nothing can be done. Vodacom is really misleading their clients and tricking them. You don't have our interests at heart. If you did you would have explained the terms of the new contract. Why don't your people explain to us the terms of the contract????
I bought a dress from H&M in East London 3 weeks go. When I wanted to wear the dress a week after I bought it, the dress was dirty (from the shop). So I washed it as the lable said I should. When I wanted to wear it the dress shrun****!!!! Do you wash the material before you make the dresses? Be careful which dresses you buy there because Mine shrunk after one wash now I can't wear it. I really need a new dress or store credit. This is really unacceptable!
We are experiencing a significant issue with the Huawei brand. We decided to move from Samsung to Huawei in the beginning of the year. Up to now, with the experience we have, we would not recomend anyone to get a Hauwei. We submitted a complaint with Vodacom and the Voda shop in Rustenburg. They did phone us once about our complaint and since today, we have not heard anything. It has been a week. My husband upgraded his phone in March 2018. He got the Hauwei P10. With the contract, we get a screen repair. His screen cracked and when we took his phone in for repairs, we were informed that they are not able to repair the phone for us because the P10 is discontinued. Why do they say that, when we see the P10 is still advertised on the television and still for sale on other websites? Vodacom's recommendation: they valued the P10 on what the value of a used phone would be now, and want to give us a phone that is the same value as the one they determined. So a phone that is not on the same standard as the P10. But now we still have to pay the same contract amount for the P10. So still we are paying for the initial value for the P10. We are not satisfied with the service and it is unfair towards the public from Huawei. Replace the old phone with a P10 or give us the direct upgrade or if a weaker phone is given we atliest expect the contract to be adjusted as well. The Vodashop could not help me so far so now we are asking Huawei to step in and defend their brand against the empty promises the Vodashop in Rustenburg advertises your phones on. We are still expected to keep our side of the deal by paying the same amount this month on the contract however we feel that this is not fair towards us a loyal montly payer of the contract. We never had these problems with our previous Samsung phones. Please Huawei assist...
