Purchased 4 onyx patio chairs. 2 broke. Makro not assisting to replace or refund. Poor quality chairs even more poor quality customer service. Issue has been carrying on for 2 months.
Empisal steam press stopped working. Cant get service dept to contact me on their web site. Dont buy this brand. No one helps you. R8000 down the drain. Might as well throw the stream press away. No repairs shops can get parts. Disappointed !!!!!
Bought a 85inch smart tv. From the start remote cant pair with the tv. Cant use the tv. Samsung service dept are so pathetic. Waiting 2 weeks for service team to attent to the problem. Dont buy samsung. No back up service.
Returned my mircowave on 29 april 2022 to makro silverlakes after it stopped working within 2 weekes of purchase. They didnt want to exchange or refund the item but said they had to send it to supplier for repair quote. On 5 th may 2022 i called yo find out on progress. It was still at the returns and not sent to supplier yet. Now i sit without a expensive microwave. Returns staff are flippen rude and cheeky like they doing me a favour. I will wait for it but wont ever buy anything from makro again.
Excellent service from the workshop. Had to wait for a part for 5-6 weeks for my nv200 panel van and they got it in 3 days. Very impressed. Keep up the good work.
Very poor service from the ctu from the start of the course. lectures do not give classes when they supposed to. Very disorganized . management does not care to answer complaints. very expensive experience for poor service

Outsurance booked my car into Indibano panelbeaters for a accident repair to the back door of my Golf on the 07-10-2019. Its been nearly 2 months for a repair that was supposed to take 10 days and the golf is still not finish. This must be the worst panel beater i have ever dealt with and the car has more problems now than ever before. outsurance takes their time to resolve the issues and i cant understand why they have such poor service providers on their data base. I have asked for the problem to be escalated to management but still no answer. In the meantime I sit without a car. After 15 years and thousands a month I think its time to look else where for a better insurer. Their TV ads say they will save you money but they don't mention the **** service you will get when you claim and the poor service providers they will send you to. Very disappointed !!
