This hospital should be shut down, absolutely terrible administration and staff. Months later you'll get a final letter of demand (as the first notice/statement/invoice) for individual hospital bills that do not make sense, and are exuberant over and above medical aid settlement. Dr Mathonsi is a terrible Dr due to her immature behaviour, and will put your life at risk, we almost suffered a fatality due to her incompetence. Nurses are loud in the evenings when patients are meant to sleep, when asked questions about prescribed tests they don't know anything. Absolutely disgusting behaviour in this hospital.
I had claim for household goods ****** in a break in. Princess Shabangu assisted in creating the claim, I received authorisation in an hour or two. She had arranged for the replacement of my goods before the day ended. Excellent service, very helpful and understanding, this was a great experience during a challenging time.

I placed an order on 20 May, set to be delivered in 3-4 days. more than a week later still no delivery, the call center cannot give an ETA, they say they send escalations but no one contacts me from the escalations created. All I receive are emails saying "complaints resolved". I called to request a refund and they said it's the same "I'll escalate" process. I definitely do not recommend this brand to anyone, biggest waste of my time.

Terrible experience with Makro online and Makro Woodmead. Products out of stock, technical issues and no help. Why did I bother shopping at Makro, years of loyalty mean nothing

I have been trying to cancel my policy telephonically as the online system does not allow me to do it. However, I keep getting transferred and not assisted, after my 5th attempt this is very disappointing service.
Upon expressing the dissatisfaction with the post-purchase customer service of my new car (delays to queries and having to constantly ask for an update) the consultant now feels the need to notify me of the consequences taken against them due to my complaint. Internal issues should be dealt with internally, not directed to customers as I am still waiting on some of my own post-purchase complaints to be resolved. Such a disappointing experience, customers are not valued after the purchase has been made.
