short version, i mistakenly thought Monday was the last day of the month, i arrived to collect 2 chairs that was in there. told we have to pay the full month plus a penalty. again it was long weekend and simple mistake which no effort to maybe give a smaller amount to pay or anything, was just told to pay it. after sales definitely needs a lot of work and their website says "the name you'll recommend in self storage" oh the best part is this is for my grandfather and i did express this to them, he is 79 years old and they want o hit him with this penalty? nice. would no recommend this place at all
No one knows who is selling what , take time out to go view the car, get there and the cars not there, no problem at all i say, send the OTP asap as i had a pre approval . next day get asked to send the details to complete the OTP, that gets done, call the BMW cedar isles and cancel the car i was about to commit to because being asked for details for an OTP i assume ok great all is good, but then anotehr agent had sold the car , hence why i say no one knows who is doing what . ok fine is what it is, but being in sales myself, you go out of your way to get him a deal he needs no matter what as he has now wasted his time and missed out on another deal that could've been done but now is also to late to go back
what a shocking experience i have had, long story short, applied for a building loan, they granted this and had to get bond attorneys to registered my house with the added amount. Now that work is done, they will not pay me the funds, the agreement was they would pay after the work is complete and an assessor has been out to sign off. All of this has been done and now they not paying over, i have suppliers who helped by also doing work first any payment after . Now im getting legal threats from them as monies need to be paid. Standard bank you have really put me in the biggest **** ever
Where do I even begin, the service from this company has been nothing short of playing in a septic tank To get the deal, he tells us 1 week from manufacture to install. but then argues when we asked a week later that its 3 weeks but we have the WatsApp's to prove it. 3 weeks on and they arrive to install and low and behold they have the measurements wrong, calls me to tells me this and says 1 or 2 days to rectify. 3 weeks on, calls me and sets a time and date to install, get my mom to take off work to come and open the house and wait for them to install , later on they cancelled, due to current site running late. following day set for 09h00, I have now had to take the time off as I have no one else to open the house and wait for them. 10h54 and finally arrive.
I'm deeply unsatisfied with the care and lack of assisting clients. recently I settled a lot of debt I was in from a previous relationship, never the less not FNB 's problem. However I have settled all debt as I do very well for myself these days and I expected more once I called in. I have no debt, I keep 2 clothing accounts and MTN contract in play to assist with credit scoring. I applied for a Garmin S60 watch on FNB 's website. got declined. called in and the lady was you lending is criteria is bad or whatever she was saying, that's it, no assistance further, if she had asked if any updates on payment etc. etc. had been done to help maybe motivate this for me, they would have known that I have all my paid up letters. not my fault the Lenders/creditors who I have paid are taking long to update my scoring systems(Trans Union / Credit Bureau). Surely once someone see's these letters and considers my gross income and monthly expenses, they will pick up and see that R289 a month is low risk and applicant could be assisted. but no, FNB is quick to sign me up to a Private client account last year and get more from me monthly or when I log on sending pre-approved loans right in my face for me, which I will never do as I have learnt my lesson . No EXTRA MILE going for their clients. Reason I wanted to take the watch is that it was nice and cheap and could help with credit as my Fiancé and I want to apply for a bond next year after we get married. Next best thing, my Fiancé was going to do it on her name and she has never had any bad credit history. Also declined and like mine it shows gross and expenses and I'm blown away that she cannot get approved for this little R289.00 a month for 24 months deal. Do you think Douw Steyn will be able to get passed you credit lending criteria's. pathetic all round FNB.
Few weeks ago I was asked to upgrade to the Private banking, sounds great. this was not at all the case. next day get a mail from the Account manager who will be "looking after" me, telling he will call and introduce him self etc. etc. that never happened, couple days later I had an issue I needed sorted and instead of contacting the call centre I thought I would rather contact my account manager. No, he was away, im fine with this, we all entitled to go on leave, however till I phone him weeks later, I had not heard a thing. to date, I still have no idea what my advantages are having this great expensive option, got a nice black card, whoopti doo. My current problem is I have email asking about some debit orders that have been blocked on FNB side, not sure why or under who's instruction? last month this was told they have now removed them, well guess what, that was a lie. Still have to do the manual payments and creditors calling me hassling for their monies as its reflecting blocked on their side. adding to this, I tell the account manager my issue and he says he will put me through to the people who will validate my account by me entering my card number etc. etc. I have always done it that way, so what is so special about having him then? Try phoning today and systems are down, cannot get through. please can someone tell me why I should carry on with this service?
<p>make this as short as possible. i had ordered a pair of shoes, received the order on Monday 6th, i opended th box and the wrong shoes were in them. was the right model shoe but the wrong colour, the box did say the colour of the ione i had ordered but inside was a diffrent colour. i have emailed a few times now and i have not heard a thing back from them. this is a birthday gift for some one on the 20th. and if service has not even contacted me to make arrrnagements yet there is now ways ill be able to get this in time for the birthday. They have seriously let me down.</p>
<p>i have been suspended on my account for an amount they say i have not paid which in actual fact was paid on the 04/01/2017. now i cannot do my day to day business as they have cut me off. I am a salesman and MTN is affecting my income beacuse of their incopetence.</p>
I have been told by people with FNB to move over from Nedbank, I have been very hesitant to move as I have all my accounts with Nedbank. Eventually I decided to make the move, I applied online and a day later they called and finalised the application. Said a few days my card will be ready for collection from Fourways mall. collected my card on Tuesday 12th April, needed my ID book and proof of residence, lady looked at my ID and collected my card, handed it over to me and said all my details are inside. that's it, did not look at my proof of residence nothing. later got home and then proceeded to activate my online banking. next step was to go validate the online banking either at an ATM or at any branch. great, I did exactly that. on the 13th I had moved all my savings from my Nedbank account into my new FNB account. next day nothing had cleared, left it for another day as it might take 2 days. now Friday I go to shop to get breakfast and nothing. went to FNB later and there was documents I had to fill out and make a deposit to open the account, why was I not told this before. ok I did that. its Now Monday the 18th. and still nothing. shocking service.
I was unable to pay my car instalment month of March. I had payment arrangement for this to be paid by the 1st of April when my original instalment goes off. however I was unable to make the behind instalment as the commission I was hoping for was not payable till end of April, with out any one calling me to assist in anyway. yes I will agree I need to make the call sooner to explain what happened and make another arrangement . but without warning MFC dives into my account and take what last little money I have till end of month. I have emailed Roelyn Oosthehuizen who advise she can take the email and speak to her manager to see if its possible to refund and set up a double debit 1st of may. there is no customer service whatsoever, yes a sms here an there. no calls. I would like to expect some one picking up the phone and saying \hi Mr Jackson, I see you are in arrears on your account but have seen the latest bill for April was paid, when can we expect the March amount paid? \" I would of happily explained my position and we could of put a resolution together right then and there"
