So we see this is still a company from hell, my wife went into the branch to get a line moved from a rented cottage to a new rented house in an estate where there is fibre, they now want me to pay for both because they created a new account for the fibre in my new rental and want me to keep paying the line where I have moved from, This is sick. Then they want to talk their rubbish about job creation and entrepreneuring, it is exactly situations like this with companies like this that keep this country and its people disadvantaged. This is also unfair unconstitutional practice because the methods used to procure your purchase of their services do not match the methods needed to get follow up service. Telkoms customer service is a violation of consumer rights.
how Delta airlines is trying to **** my son. Instead of checking paperwork for the USA in South Africa on their partner airline he was refused to fly in Amsterdam. He has been left all night on a bench without a blanket or any care. This is an absolute disgusting behaviour and is an absoltue disgrace. I have many points with this airline and have been a fan but this is an American and a Delta attack on my sons life. You cannot believe people can behave this way in this age. Im sickened. On top of it he has a lung problem
Lying Agent, people who play games with other peoples lives, Lying principle who does not keep her word. I agree with all other bad reviews. These people should be shut down by the ombudsman
Creddit intel illegally receives handovers without prooof of indebtedness, this fraud. If they ever call you block them and report fraud. These are illegal operators and they are not an ethical financial services company.
On quoting this company has tried to hand us over for a fraudulanet invoice, no deposit was paid, no service confirmed and no service delivered. I went with another reccommended company, from that day this company has harrassed us, demanded payment for a service never delivered and the additionally fraudulent company Credit Intel has accepted a hand over with no confirmation of indebtedness. Imagine a society where anybody can just invoice you for anything they like and hand you over if you dont pay within 3 days, THIS IS ILLEGAL AND FRAUD
This is very serious, they have used a credit card I paid with in February and which details I removed from the client zone system 2 months ago to deduct a not-properly announced and not timeously warned amount. They think they have the right to just have a self appointed debit authority to use the last card you used if you didn't give a new card detail when the system is supposed to allow for client on invoice payments. This is after having had more than 5 complaints regarding their billing which the accounts department themselves have been in error every time over the last 12 month period so why would I trust them with an automated payment authority on one of my credit cards. I gave it initially and when they kept getting it wrong I removed it, now they just used it. If there is no forthcoming apology and rectification this will be reported as fraudulent transaction and illegal accounting practice. This is how they treat a client that has been with them since 2008 at least. I am not saying I do not owe correctly some of what is billed, I am saying they had no authority to automatically take that amount from that credit card.
Friday10th you responded to my third complaint in this regard. Your behavior is now way off the mark and it seems it is time to take this FNB policy public. I was promised my issue would be escalated and I have heard from nobody. I have emailed relevant parties and still receive no feedback. I remind you again, if my fica with current details fails, I will fail to pay the loan that was granted with these same details acceptable for fica for the loan. I have emailed my affidavit, my passport and my proof of address many times and still have no resolution on a rude and unconstitutional SMS threat to close my account, this is a sic way of doing business and absolute abuse of your customers. Your last response conveniently never included a reference as all the others did and it appears you are pretending to be a responder on Hello-Peter but don't actually do anything!!
THIRD COMPLAINT ON THE SAME ISSUE: FNB is lying to me, I was contacted on my first report by a representative with the following number from yourselves, apologizing and accepting my position. (087 736 7337) , affidavit for ID together with passport do meet the legal requirement and I have reported the FB page responder for not caring about FNB customers. A month later they simply did the same thing and are now refusing to accept my passport as ID when they accepted it for a personal loan, talk about twisting the rules to suit yourself?? The public need to be made aware of FNB's interpretation and use of the FICA act and their personalized interpretation of its requirements. They are unique amongst SA banks in this treachery. People should really think twice now about FNB. The law which they keep quoting says it is up to the bank to accept the form of ID, passport is acceptable but not to sick FNB threatening to close accounts without adequate info: this is discrimination. When like I said those details where fine for the loan. I say it here, Do it & I freeze your loan payments and lay an official FICA complaint for giving the loan without FICA or for discrimination, you choose!

Apologies were made and I was promised staff would be educated on how to handle this properly. Yesterday I received another SMS to the same effect (This is now a clear demonstration of FNB's \I don't care"for their clients attitude. I have just received a platinum card from them"
No other bank is currently freezing accounts and demanding people re-fica. Now you wont accept my stolen ID police affidavit for this but you accepted it a few weeks ago for a personal loan. I was moving from ABSA to FNB but I think I'll move back. I give you ten days to explain yourselves and clear this or I will move.
