On the 26th July I contacted SA Home loans because the geyser's element burnt and we were not able to get hot water. The claim was logged and they sent out someone to check what was wrong. The service provider sent by SA Home loans insurance reported that, We attended to the claim as requested and found a burnt element and thermostat caused by geyser not installed up to standard ,there is no Ant syphon loop on the installation. That means the previous service provider who came out to replace and install the geyser outside did not do a good job. I spoke to CAMELEN NAIDOO who was assisting me, but nothing has happened since. The claim number is: RE: [CL4423698] He then sent an email to ZA-insure ZA_insure@electrolux.com and Genasys Ski Email skidocs@sahomeloans.com Kindly note that the clients geyser was replaced last year that was under warranty ( Ref number : REF;112-319698. The client has reported that the geyser is now not heating, we have duly appointed a plumber to assist Kindly find below feedback received confirming that the installation done under warranty is defective, Please assist in contacting client and assisting further, NB : Mrs. Omarjee (client) is copied on this email as reference. We then receive a reply from Stacy saying that, Customer to contact the plumber who installed the geyser. They send out the contracts or service providers to come and install or replace whatever needs to be fixed. IT IS THREE WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE WITH REGARDS TO THIS CLAIM. THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. and we are paying for this.
Unauthorize deduction added onto my statement On the 19th of June 2023 I received an email and SMS stating that they are Introducing Fidelity ADT and SafeCity, for less than R2 a day! that will be an extra R57.00 added to your account, you could OPT OUT which I did both with SMS and email and I also called and spoke to a lady Nthomble who assured me that they will not add it on my account. So I received my statement and guess what it has been added to on my statement. When i try and contact them you hold on for hours, trying to put you through to the correct department and then the call drops. I have left messages and sent emails but no one has come back to me. I have been having endless problems with Fidelity ADT. Because they are the only Security company in our area i have to stay with them, there service is TERRIBLE and I am not the only person complaining about them. I have requested for them to reverse that R57.00 of my account. I then received a call and the lady by the name of Mpho assured me that the R57.00 will be reversed back and the subscriptions will be canceled. WELL I RECEIVED MY NEW STATEMENT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, THEY HAVE ADDED ANOTHER R57.00 TO THIS MONTHS STATEMENT. THIS IS BULL, I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANEGER FOR THIS TO BE SORTED OUT OR I WILL SPEAK TO MR WAHL BARTMANN

I made a booking through Agoda booking online for 08/03/2023 to 13/03/2023. I called the hotel today to confirm if everything is in order with regards to my booking. The receptionist then told me after confirming my booking that they had a fire at the hotel the weekend and are in the process of contacting the clients. There are somethings not working in the Hotel, lift, TV's, WiFi, Aircons and it must be still smelling of SMOKE. (I have to climb six flights of stairs in the morning going to breakfast then up back to my room with a child of 4yrs and then back down when I need to go out and back again to my room when I return). I asked to cancel the booking because It has been paid already (came off my bank account the same day). Albany Hotel needs to find alternative accommodation for their guest in the interim to accommodate US. They don't do that. How do you go on Holiday to a Hotel like that. They must either Refund me or book me into another Hotel.
In October 2022 I was contacted by Isabella Garcia sales agent to ask if I would like to take out a subscription for some beauty products of theirs and pay for it our 12 months. I explained to her that I don't have that kind of money R195.00. She said that she will put it on hold and when I am ready they will contact me. On the 31 January 2023 they debited my account with that amount. I called them twice to ask them who authorize them to debit my account and said that I want to cancel. I have not receive any products and also cancelled the debit order with the bank. They have still not gotten back to me since 02 Feb 2023. Keep on saying that they will escalate the matter. I want them to refund me the R195.00 plus charges and cancel everything.
I am a client of FNB for some years now and noticed that there is a Personal Loan account on my profile which did not open up. I have tried contacting the bank and now they saying that i must contact Wesbank, I don't even own a motor vehicle neither applied for vehicle finance. This is a bad reflection on my status with the bank. I need someone to please call me ASAP. The account number shows 85305427202
My cell phone contract is expiring on the 15th Jan 2023. I received a call on 04th Jan 2023 to find out if I would like to upgrade to 5GIGS Day, 5 GIGS Night and an extra 5GIGS which will cost me R79.00 per month. I said its fine and I will keep the contract open. I then called Vodacom on to find out about the upgrade and was told by the person who assisted me that the amount given to me and the amount on the statement is not the same. I then requested that he cancel the deal. I spoke to another FOUR different people who could not help me. The last person I spoke to convinced me that he has sent through a request to cancel the contract and I will receive a Ref no (which I still have not received) to confirm the cancelation. I have had endless issues with Vodacom where they give you one amount over the phone and when you get billed its something else. THEIR SALES PEOPLE NEED TO BE TAUGHT NOT TO BULL **** THE CLIENTS OVER THE PHONE.
I have tried to cancel my service with Fidelity, because when the alarm does go off they do not call, with load shedding they will call two hours after the power comes back on. I then started calling them to cancel the signal. I then found out that they have been dialing the incorrect cell number after giving them TWO OF MY CELL NUMBERS. They then decided to charge me R126.00 for call out for October 2022 and the dates given was when am at home. I spoke to the accounts department and informed that they will refund the money back into my bank account NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO DATE. I received another email informing me that for Nov an amount of R126.00 will be deducted for call out, because I did not answer my phone. I have never seen any guard at my gate or slip left at my gate, BECAUSE I WORK FROM HOME AND HERE 24/7. They are a bunch of PATHETIC OPPERATORS WHO DO'NT UNDERSTAND YOU OR DO'NT WANT TO UNDERSTAND.
My son is at gym company Winchester Hills and I am trying to get hold of someone because I need to change the BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER for the Debit order to go off. I sent them an email on the 21st October and received a automatic reply that someone will get back to me. I have call Winchester Hills branch and left messages for the manager Nelisiwe to contact me but still nothing nor has anyone come back to me. I have also sent emails to the branch but with no luck.
