I bought a car in 2018, few days later the car was over heating. I had to return it bank to the dealership. Months of fights we later cancel the deal and I was given a new car. 2022 my disc expired and found that I had a ticket from the first car I returned and the ticket was for 2019. I contacted the dealership and was reassured that the ticket will be paid since I didn't have the car in 2019. It's the dealership that didn't remove my name on the car. Yesterday I went to renew my license card after all the process when I needed to pay I could not make payment for my temporary license due to the ticket. I called and emailed Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Constantia Kloof the manager said it will be sorted I emailed today for follow up nothing as yet. And I need to pay for my temporary license. Please assist never supporting this dealership ever again. I got the most horrible experience with this dealership.
I took a contract in 2017/2018 they had a promotion on router with 10gigs for R99. In 2020 I tried to cancel my contract been send from Peter to Post. They are renewed my contract without my consent. Went to the branch told to cancel on website I did. My premium is just going up every year. Can I please be removed from Telkom I'm tired of been taken advantage of.
My dad bought an inventor in 2021 and we experienced problems last month. He took it back and we told to wait for a month but inventor was bought for working from home during loadshedding. One cannot wait for a month. Makro is refusing with our refund . Brand is Ellies.
I've been a loyal Foschini account member since the year 2000. I had financial problems during the mont of June/July which I fully paid my account. Foschini kept sending me statements with accumulated interest with no purchase. I decided to close the account to purchase when I'm ready, today I decided to make a purchase and their customer consultant blocked my card due to me not remembering my 2000 employer who ask someone about their 2000 employer in 2021? Therefore I could not purchase I'm told to bring 3 months bank statement really??? Foschini has zero customer service people should stop supporting the group treating customers like thiefs.
My dad bought twin saver toilet roll on late Friday. When he arrived home my mom already bought from Clicks on special. He was unable to return them during the weekend , my mom went on Monday 27 July 2020 she recieved a bad service from the supervisor and manager questioning the colour of receipt accusing her it's only their staff that use pink receipts. My mom called my dad to find out if he asked a Checkers staff member to pay for he said no he paid himself they still refused and said they wont take it back because of the receipts they were very rude to her. She is very disgusted by your staff it's not a customer's fault if they were given a pink receipt or white receipt!!!!
We reported a damage that was caused by hail storms 2months ago. I received a claim number 3757653 via sms.Absa sent a gentleman to assess the damage and take pictures I never heard anything from them. I then called the office and I was told they waiting for the contractor to bring the pictures. After 2 weeks I called again I was told that the contractor sent the pictures and they were busy processing them I'm still waiting but I'm paying insurance every month and I stuck with bedrooms that have leaks and brown marks from the rain!!!Pleasw help
I went into a Sportscene store,looking for a size 4 classic white Airforce 1 Mid, which I found , I then asked the saleslady to book it and keep it aside for me till my daughter who I was buying the shoe for arrived, she did so, and said she'd keep it aside, another sales man Khanya who was highly rude and disrespectful , took this shoe from where it was put aside and sold the shoe to other customers who I'm sure he knew personally. This was the last shoe and my daughter arrived to nothing, the entire time I was in the store waiting upon her arrival,I did not leave and yet he sold it and showed no remores but instead displayed his lack of manners and rudely addressed me. The manager said she would find the shoe and have it delivered to us personally, before the 5th. We want that shoe before the 5th as they have promised. And Khanya should be dealt with.

On the 1st May I went to Markhams store to purchase a phone due to my phonestolen, I bought a samsung phone which was on vodacom stand and I told the salesperson I'm going to simswap instead when I got home I realised that its a Telkom phone I went back to Markhams the supervisor told me they can't change the phone its activated already, went to Vodacom helped with simswap but its 3days later my network its not working the I don't want this Telkom phone I never wanted Telkom I was mislead by the Markhams staff, which they mix vodacom & Telkom phones & not inform customers, when you purchase you under the empression that you buying a vodacom while its a Telkom phone.I am Frustated I can't use my phone is this Good Service Markhams?
