Website easy to use, device was as expected. Only downside is that the charger it came with doesn't charge.had to buy, delivery was less than 2 weeks
Worst experience, makro service has gone to the pits, ordered a speaker because i wasn’t happy with it. They declined and also said the box was damaged? The same box i didn’t open?
I made a purchase of a storage bin, 110litres. Addis brand on the 21 August, item never delivered and each time i reach out on whatsapp they promise to get back to me. Which never happens. Kindly refund me if you can not deliver, worst ever service
Disappointed in absa online team, have been sending emails without feedback. I sent an email 29 March The reference number for this Case is C-50725917. After previous attempts to get help. I have been sending follow up emails without luck
I made a purchase online for 2 items 1 was cancelled as no stock and an ironing board was delivered on the 20th… logged a return the same day as what was delivered was totally different from the pictures . Collection was said to be the 23rd Thursday. Just called makro now and i am told a story about a supplier, meaning i have to wait some more. Worse i had arranged for someone to be home for collection.
I bought items and a olive oil mousse was one of them, used it once and it foamed and now it is watery . I tried sending it back, with no plan to pack something that will arrive at the warehouse as an empty bottle, you need to do better and sell from reputable vendors
I bought a hisence fridge a year or couple months ago and on the 20th January the fridge started leaking water and the freezer part over freezing regardless of the lower temperature. 21/22 January logged a call for repair. Sometime feb i received a message saying call canceled by customer. I called hisence and they apparently called the wrong person or mixed up details. March no technician yet and last week Friday i got a call from them saying a technician will arrange date and tome. Yesterday the 11 march i get another message saying customer cancelled. 😡 of which i never did. When i was making the purchase it was smooth and now that i am seating which a fridge i cant even use the freezer for 2 months i am sent from pillar to post? Come take the fridge and afford me the opportunity to get a fridge where i will get help when needed

So we placed an order on uber eats hoping they would deliver but we realized that it is for collection fine. When we left when the order said ready (we stay like 5 min away max) we got there mind you we haven’t used the method to collect. So we got in side and the lady on the till (issuing orders) asked Dineo if there is an online order and they continued to talk we waited like 30 minutes and we saw a guy tlhogi and we asked him that we have been waiting and the guy asked Dineo and she said we should go to the uber collection side, i asked her why didn’t she tell us that we should go to the other side when we arrived 30 min ago she continued to reply (in setswana) that she doesn’t work in that station and it wasn’t her duty to direct us 🙄 okay …. Then she said “botsa batho ba gore ba ye kae” rudely so if thats how your workers treat clients that no thank you
I went online and purchased pizzas and few extras as dinner on the 11 October for Brits. Received a call from a Lebogang Mary Motshwari who is as rude as they come said “we don’t deliver at night in your place, why didn’t call and ask? After i said to her i was not aware. She continued shouting and saying they won’t deliver but will deliver the following day. I asked why would i order food for the following day? She said she will call me back. +- 30 minutes after she calls and says i will be refunded in 72 hours thats after arguing over how was i to know and we wanted something to it. While on the call on the app the order moved from being prepared to delivered! I told her we want dinner and they should refund so i make other means. She said everyone knows they need to call first before ordering for delivery. That’s a first i always order online and never experienced such. Over all her rudeness 🥵 refund me and teach your employees how to talk to people. Manner of approach was off Order:89673977
