i bought a washing machine in 2019. last year i took the machine in because my clothes kept getting stuck and torn. the machine was with hifi corp for 21 days but came back with a pillow case still stuck in. i have no idea how the incompetent technicians had a look at the machine. there after 3 times technicians have come and had a look at the machine and clothes still get stuck. the manager from secunda hifi corp actually gave his word that i would get a new machine but till today he has not bothered to answer any of my emails. a lady from hisense called and while i was explaining to her, she dropped the call and never bothered to call back. the technicians even lied and said they had a look at the machine in the store but the machine was still at my house. pathetic and incompetent service from hisense and hifi corp. i bought a kettle and they gave me back my money because the kettle was under warranty now with the washing machine even though it is still under warranty they dont want to do anything except send incompetent technicians to fix but the machine is still tearing my clothes. so what is their policy? because a washing machine is more money they dont want to exchange or refund?? no integrity.

don't ever buy from them. they take your money give you a product that doesn't work properly and don't bother to call you at all. they just tell you they done test on it and it works properly. please don't waste your money rather go to a store and buy the product but not online and thru them
The worst experience from this company.. Will never buy from them again. I had my hair done at the salon and the hair iron worked great on my hair, that I bought one. Now the brand new hair iron that I bought is making my ends broken and giving it an ugly look but when I use my old hair iron it's not doing that at all. I keep sending the company emails but no1 bothers to reply eventually they take the iron for testing and says nothing is wrong. Now I spent R915 for hair iron that makes my hair look like ****.. The company only responds by email. They don't bother to call the client to see what's wrong. I want someone from this company to call me so I can explain cz clearly they don't bother abt keeping the client happy
i am trying to get hold of sanlam computershare. i have been to their offices to hand deliver documents but no one was there i left documents with the security but no one has bothered to call to say they received it. i have been calling everyday but hold for over 30 mins and no one picks up. can someone please assist. the documents are of my late father apparently they suppose to be in by end of june and today is already the 29 june. please can someone help.
pathetic service for diesel online. i bought items online on black friday 30/11/2019 up until today i did not receive my refund. they don't bother to even call a person to let them know that the items are sold out they just keep your money. i have been phoning and sending my bank statement because according to them they need your bank statement to do a refund. they don't bother to even check their email as i sent the bank statement numerous times. cant believe the pathetic service they offer from such an expensive brand. rather buy from a cheap company than buy from them.
please beware of impala pools and lapa. this guy is a scam. he goes by james or joel. he puts ads in local newspaper. he scammed me of R17000 to build a pool and lapa, he wanted R17000 for materials and didnt pitch up and blocked my number. he put an ad in ridge times in secunda and in south coast herald. he stays in hammanskraal so please be aware of this guy.
Hi I bought a swimming pool from game on 1/01/2017. I used the pool and on then in November when I wanted to use the pool again the pool had holes. The pool has a 1 year gurantee. I sent the pool in on 14/11/2017 to be repaired. Game has a policy that if u send an item in and if u don't receive feedback from them in 21 days u will get a refund. On the 20th day I received an sms and called them to ask them if the pool was in store as I was on my way on holiday. The lady at customer care told me she doesn't know and she will check and phone me back. She even read out my cell number. She did not bother to call. I had to call again on Friday when I came back from holiday. I feel that it is unacceptable as I did my part of phoning and they did not have the decency to call me. The feedback they gave me was that the pool could not be fixed. I have called head office and regional manager and they don't seem to want to help. I feel if a store has a policy like that it should be their responsibility to go the extra mile if they don't want to pay the client. I did my part my calling them to ask if the pool is in store. The employee at game should have done her job and called me back by letting me know if the pool is in store if they don't want to pay the customer or if they want to be loyal to their store policy that they written big at customer service.
hi <br> I was going to use a guy Richard from kingklip events in benoni for a party but we bought a house so we did not use him. no where on his quotation said anything about no refund or cancellation fees. I paid him R1500 in Jan for the party in Feb. in May I asked if I could use the same money for a baby shower and he did not want to so I asked him for my money back and told him that on his quotation did not state anything about cancellation or refund. he said he was going to give my money back. I contacted fnb legal for him because he kept saying he will pay but he did not. he paid me back R1150 in bits and pieces and says the R350 is for cancellation and he did me a favour but no where states that. please don't do business with this man as he swears you and picks on your God. I am going to take him to court because of his rotten ways.
When I called for my refund the Lady said my banking details were not taken, but after calling them two times in a week nobody told me that. its the eight day now iam waiting for a refund. their calls are recoded but they cant play back and get my banking details call ref:149420335 the lady gave me two different names now when I asked for the recent call ref first said Precious at the end of the call she said Zama. ref149777700.<br> I first ordered last month got my order but they didn't tell me there change only when I order the second time they told me thee is change. with this resent order I added on the amount, they did not have stock asked for refund they said I must call accounts department I did, the Lady took down everything my details and banking details. aim their client their service is very poor I had to use my airtime to call them every time about this order.<br> whilst they call me every second day forcing me to order I want my money R700 and they must remove my number on their system stop calling me because they render a unprofessional service.
