AVOID OUTSURANCE - FALSE PROMISES Outsurance misrepresented discount if Tracker Retrieve would be installed at R79 pm Outsurance special. Outsurance got Tracker to contact us. Tracker wanted debit order authorised for clise to R300 pm and not R79 as promised. Arrogant Outsurance guy wasted lot of time claiming to 'manage expectations'. Ininvited calls twice. In actual fact it was just plain breach of contract. They also just refused to send recording of verbal agreement to me as client. A contract has two sides. That recording cannot be their sole property. Dinovan Norkee promised to cancel contract and get Tracker removed from vehicle at dealership. Next day he back-tracked and told us to instruct Tracker ourselves. Tracker refused and insisted Outsurance must do it. I made recordings after warning Tracker and Donovan Norkee. Our email 07 Jul 2023, 15:34 tCADonavan's boss ismails at out coza just ignored up to now. AVOID CALL CENTRE INSURANCE. Naked insurance offered 2/3 of premium wirh lower co-payment and no Tracker type expense.

This company do debt recovery. I do NOT have the account or even ever have done business with their clients. Truworth, then MDB, now Saya harrasses me about account of someone else. I had very unprofessional written undertaking from Truworths to remove my phone number from their system. They keep on - now and deliberately - to illegally breach POPIA act. Even thought I'n not associated with the account supposedly in arrears the amount claimed is rediculous compared to debt supposedly due originally.. There is a limit determined by Act of parlaiment. Also due to "Prescription" after 3 years if not summons issued. "Debt arising from delict or contract, or any other liability." Truworths irregularly got my mobile number somewhere. No one in my family had at any time had an account with them. They are NOT authorised to keep any of my personal info on their system. Truworths and their agent MBD LC keep on harassing me every day with SMS - every time from different number. I tried to phone to get them to remove my number - got very inefficient and then arrogant and useless response. I tried their online portal: They require me to allow them to do credit check on me before I can access their system to remove my number. (Arrogant BAD business practice.) I then responded to an SMS in which they promise to phone me several weeks ago - got no response. My wife went to Manager at Truworths The Grove today - zero positive response. No one at Truworths (even though it is their fault), show any sign that they want to solve their problem of their own making. Now the Manager insists that I must go again with my ID. (I will not disclose my personal information to a business like this - I have no business with them and don't want to have in future. There is already risk of identity theft if this is how they operate. ) They want to waste more of my time requiring me to go to them again at my cost. Absolutely useless inefficient and arrogant business.
FNB's computer systems when working are good. FNB's support channels are the worst. They disrespect their clients - never having an agent available to help you within reasonable time. You have to wait ages at call centre. Even then false info and promises like we got from Forex division after hour waiting on call centre line. Call centre absolute shocking lack of reasonable level of service. Only time when you get reasonable response is after logging complaint online out of desperation. After that, with better service promised by branch (two times - two different persons - two different tel numbers), I unsuccessfully tried several times to get answer from persons at branch who promised to act as 'banker' for our business to give better service. Wasting small businesses' time is really NOT supporting small business as FNB still has the nerve to claim to do.

Best advice: AVOID Dawn Wing. At least some of their competition is much much better. It was a pain to get Dawn Wing per-paid account opened. That should have warned us ...They took our money but service is BAD. Not even one aspect of service is even close to acceptable quality. Late collections without warning. When you want to cancel account when you just can't continue with them wasting your time, they just refer and refer and promise again until you give up. They did not honour a single one of their several promises. Compared to other courier available, Dawn Wing is the worst one we've tried.

I have experienced friendly service and good quality every time at Taste Budz. They are very conveniently located close to N4 highway in Equestria, Pretoria with safe parking only meters away from the shop. There is no better place in the vicinity to informally meet clients and suppliers. The tables and chairs outside allows safety but also more private conversations with almost no one walking past.
