Hi, am highly annoyed, on the old App i had a balance of R290, this was returned to my old bank account without prior acknowledgement. surely your have the customer contract details to inform them, my FNB ACCOUNT was over drawn by my ex and now i have lost the R290. hi, i purchased items online, yesterday went to the Pavilion store to return items, i was told i cant return them at Foschini as their system doesn't accept it, yet on the invoice it clearly states you can return at any TFG store - highly annoyed as there is no exact store in Pavilion, i wanted a bag for the items i couldn't return was told i could not purchase one as i need to purchase an item is this how your treat customers highly annoyed!!!

Hi, wanted to subscribe to Showmax, worst experience dealing with your consultants. I must have called about 7 times, not one consultant could assist to activate the account, nor did one of the, even call back, i wasted a lot of airtime going back and forth. each time one must verify the details how frustrating is this but cant resolve a query. service at Makro is appauling from the time one orders to the delivery and also when one has to return items, purchased items online items were not delivered after hours i had to go into store to collect whats the point of delivery? last week i returned some items received an email yesterday they require my details for a refund i was not told this in store i opted for the sms voucher apparently this is the quickest form of credit, receive another email sms option takes 2 to 3 days IS THIS A JOKE??? Jermina Mabaso has not bothered to reply to my emails.
